I always order online here and my subs are made perfectly. Best subway in Cape Breton hands down! The staff and management is incredibly friendly and it’s a great feeling to come into a fast food store and be greeted as this is rare now a days. Thanks subway North Sydney for being the best
I love their foot long meatball. But they will have to do better on breakfast. Sausage and egg a roll. What would be lovely is an actual breakfast roll. Bacon, egg, sausage and mushrooms in a roll would be fantastic. It's a common breakfast in the uk and ireland.
Average subway experience but seems to go by sooooooo slowwwwwww. It shouldn’t take over six minutes to get a single sub! Sandwich artists do what they’re supposed to though.
Friendly staff, clean inside, if i'm honest it's kinda funny seeing the outside of the building with this strongly colored logo and this oceanside building that looks ready to fall apart.
Fairly clean and basic subway. Not overly up to date. But the biggest reason for this bad review is the excruciatingly slow service. Two ladies working, both have been working there some timenone was just starring at the other one putting a sub together, instead of taking another order.n15 minutes standing in line, they did up one sub. One. With 3 people in line ahead of us. Not even chatting. Just...slow as molasses. Noticeably taking there time. Or not trying to work at a possible faster pace.nThey were waiting standing there for a number of things, when there was space and time for them to start another task or do something else.nnNot harping on them personally. Because I’m sure they would work great at a local diner or something sweet at their pace.nBut it’s a fast food joint. “FAST FOOD”nNo one was being rude, but it was noticeable every in line was in a hurry.nnWe should all be more mindful & present with one another.nnThe people going there were nurses on break, another construction worker likely one break, and us also on the road/timely eating. ~ as we overheard in conversation.n20 minutes and they still hadn’t run up that onenSub. So we had to leave.nNot waiting around at a fast food joint for an estimated 30+ minutes when you can get a sit down meal at the same amount of time.nnRecommend ordering for pick up a good 30 minutes before you need, if eating form this location.nBest of luck
