I asked for a foot long sub to split with my nephew, so naturally we got different toppings on each half. But it's still the same sub!! The lady charged me for 2 small subs and when I confronted her about it she said that because they have different toppings it's considered two subs which is ridiculous. I've never had this issue in London so long as it's the same bread and meats and cheeses. This drama was after her taking forever to make the subs because she had to stop and talk to a co worker (perhaps work related but it wasn't English so I'm not sure. Either way it could have waited). My friend was also with me and we were the only ones so instead of someone helping her they just stood around or concentrated on cleaning despite them having a few more hours till close. They clearly did not care about the customer experience. Very disappointed.

This used to be our regular subway, but the last few times we have went the quality has decreased drastically. The subs are never actually toasted and the meats still cold when they come out. We will be going to another location from here on out

I go theie twice a week. Their sandwiches are just ok for me

It's Subway. Clean location, friendly staff, made the sub with care, which can be lacking at some locations, so 5 stars! 🌟
