This Subway always has friendly employees and fresh food. There is also a lot of room in this Subway and it isn't cramped like some other stores. The bread is never crusty like it can be at other Subways. The bathrooms are weird as you have to go deep into the building but they are clean. Parking is easy.

There were only two employees on the line for a weekday lunch rush. Where is ownership? It took over 20 minutes from stepping foot in the store to get my order, which seems unacceptable if you want people to return. There were supply boxes sitting out in the dining area, it was dirty, and the chips were not stocked. There were chip boxes sitting in the corner of the dining area, I'm assuming for people to grab themselves? I cannot fault the two employees working, they did the best they could. They were trying to work fast and they were polite, given the circumstances. Unless one of the two guys on the line is an owner, I'm hard-pressed to understand where the owner was or why they would allow just two people to try and cover a lunch rush. Get into your store and help out your people. Or hire more employees.

Service was good, food was good. Would come back. Looked like their was only one employee though so if a line started, it may take additional time. This wasn't the case when i went however.

Love the Subway in Long Lake, MN. because they open at 6:30am and serve the best breakfast sandwich there is!

I'm not one to complain but this subway has gone so far down hill. I can't go there and not spend less than 20 minutes to get one simple sandwich. The same kids have been working there for months now and they still don't know how to make a sandwich. I'm pretty sure they put my olives on my sandwich one at a time. For some reason I keep going back in hopes that it has gotten better and it hasn't. I will be choosing a different subway from now on.
