I came in for my breakfast flatbread - and found out they discontinued it. Boooo.nnI got multigrain with my ham, egg, and cheese. The multigrain was very chewy and hard to eat. It wasn’t nearly as satisfying as my flatbread. I’m very disappointed.nnThe service was good, and the prepped veggies were very organized and clean.
I had a great experience at this Subway thanks to Osanna. Her service was truly wonderful—kind, patient, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. She made sure my order was exactly right and did it all with a positive attitude and a smile. Customer service like hers really makes a difference, and I’ll definitely be coming back.nShoutout to Osanna for training a new employee, while making sure my order was correct and right in time!
Wooow such a great experience, Jag is amazing at making these delicious handcrafted sandwiches.
Female Employee JAG was extremely rude and lacked basic communication and customer service skills. They displayed an aggressive attitude toward customers, making the interaction very unpleasant. No customer should be treated this way. I hope management addresses this issue and provides additional customer service training to ensure a respectful and professional experience for everyone.
I asked for a little extra lettuce and they gave my hardly any, this is like the fourth time they did this to me so I thought I’d actually take a photo and show it. They also only gave two pieces of pepperoni in my cheese pepperoni dipper.nnI’d give them zero stars if I could, I used to like subway here now I absolutely hate this location…cheap with ingredients..nnSafe to say I am not going to be ordering from here ever again. Their food quality has gone down hill…
