Price gouging?? Ridiculous. $15 for a regular footlong sandwich without a drink or anything else, no extra cheese or meat. C’mon!! In Fort Saskatchewan subs are cheaper at the same restaurant chain. Also the server was not friendly, she flattened my bread while cutting it. Then gave me 3 whole tomato slices for a footlong, and they weren’t big. Won’t be coming back.

Have ordered food online here through the subway app a few times, order is never ready on time even when given extra time. Instead of doing an order that was placed 45 minutes previously and already paid for they ignored my order to help other customers that didn't pre order. Extremely disappointed, especially when I placed the orders with plenty of time to try to have a healthy fast food choice my toddler at a realistic time. Nice to know that if you pay ahead of time you get ignored and put behind the customers that haven't paid yet.
The crew member who made my sandwich gave me a random 20% upcharge. I later learned that Subway has started asking for tips through the tap machine. So, either the crew member messed up and accidentally hit 20% tip on the machine before handing it to me, or they added 20% on purpose. I used to go to this subway whenever I was in Redwater for work. But after that stunt, I'm just going to hit up the deli at IGA.
My family and I have been this redwater location every friday for the past month and we more than pleased with the service we get. We have been there many times in the past and never had such great service. The 2 girls there tonight are amazing. The one girl didnt have a nametag so I didnt get her name but she was working with a girl named Dallas. They are both amazing. Very polite and quick. We were even asked if it was too cold in there! They both are quick to say hi as soon as you walk in. And take the time to make sure your order is exactly the way you want it. They deserve some praise! Amazing girls!!
Probably the poorest serviced subway I’ve been too. They frequently do not have bread or meats when you go in. Staff isn’t overly friendly and can’t seem to find a smile either. I thought it was a one off experience but I’ve been here on multiple of times and it’s not improved. Good luck if you go in 2hrs before closing as well if you want a meal, most everything will be put away and the eye roll from the attendant leaves much to be liked about this place.
Natasha is a customer service hero! Our family made a huge order for 5 and i forgot my visa but Natasha told me its ok dont be embossed and paid for our dinner out of her own pocket!!! And the subs were great too!!
Great staff, fast service and good quality food. Try the new potato bun sandwiches! Update* the potato bun sandwiches are amazing still the best! Staff is still great and the building is always clean and welcoming
