Only complaint is they were out of herbs and cheese bread. Was a bit busy but two more employees came out to help while I was there. Didn't affect me because I was first in line but I'm sure the other customers appreciated it. Employees were courteous and ensured the sandwiches were complete before wrapping them. They didn't make me feel rushed even though it was busy.
Out of the many times I have been here in the last year it has never been that great and does not match the service or food quality I have received from other subway locations. Making people wait 5 minutes when there is 3 or 4 people working but no other customers doesn't seem like a great way to keep customers. Almost seems like they do this on purpose to try get customers to not come back especially with what you could hear them discussing. Likely won't be back since nothing at this place seems to change for the better.
Absolutely ridiculous ordered online ahead of time arrived at Subway had to wait almost an hour to receive my online paid order With 5 other customers who were also waiting close to an hour for their online paid orders. either offer the online pickup service And do it or Don't. This is the 2nd time that this Subway location has disappointed
My husband and son wanted subway for dinner so they went to the store to pick it up. They both had sandwiches but I had seen the bowls advertised and thought I would try a chicken bacon and peppercorn ranch. I chose to have it over salad. The salad consisted of some sad wilted lettuce. There were tomato slices and the various toppings. NO BACON. All in all it was like yesterdays leftover salad with some roasted chicken, not crispy as advertised without the promised bacon. Needless to say, I will never eat there again. Too bad cuz we live in the area and it would be convenient.
Came in a few days ago and had a great experience. Austin made my sub just the way I like it. He was fast and friendly. I will definitely return to this location.
If I could give negative stars I would. The one guy that has his bling bling in his ears ignores customers and was on his phone texting. He came out and served the guy infront of me and went to the back to text on his phone while looking up in the mirror. The bread wasn't cooked properly and was soggy. Couldn't even eat them. Save your money and go to the one on hwy 10 & 89. Will never return
They do not follow their hours. Got there at 8 to order birthday lunch for my son before work and was told I’m not ready I need a half an hour. Poor poor service
Not sure where to start... we stopped here for lunch a couple hours into a several hour road trip and immediately noticed the sign on the door saying they were cash only. There was an atm in the circle k part of the building so that wasn't an issue, however, we were the only people in the store when we went to order and we found ourselves waiting in line for somewhere around 5 minutes as the employees stood around. The one finally finished putting gloves on and started taking our order, at which point there wasn't much issue with the service or food, although some of the veggies could've done with being replaced with fresher containers. Would maybe have given more stars but they were backed up as we left several more people arrived to get food, and it looked like they were still taking their time when dealing with those customers. Will like be through the area again but definitely won't be coming back here
Assorted sub was as good as usual. It's the first time that I've tried this location. Only glitch is that their credit machine was down so I paid with cash.
i went in on thursday at 9:50pm and they did not have any meatballs for my meatball sub.
