I normally love this place. Today the service was horrible. The young gentleman that made my sandwiches came to the counter with dirty hands and never washed them just put on gloves, and then would hardly put any of the toppings on my sandwiches. I had to tell him to keep adding my toppings. Then he went to grab cutting knife and they where wet he did not dry them with a clean cloth just waved them in the air. Absolutely horrible very disappointed.
The one lady who works there tends to sit on her phone in the back you can see her through the mirror up top for quite a while even after we say "excuse me!" a few times. She's very rude and seems to not give one lick of care about her job. Can't say anything bad about the subs, you get what you order and it always tastes fine although that lady likes to pour on the sauce quite thick even when you ask for light sauce. Otherwise, the younger people who work there are very pleasant and the food's good.
Premium Subway location. As someone who probably eats Subway once a week at various locations around Western Canada, I can honestly say this is my favourite location, occasionally stopping here on my way home from work. Veggies are always on point and the wrap I just mowed thru was the absolute best sandwich I have ever had. I didnt catch the Sandwich Artists name unfortunately but I hope that boy gets a raise. 10/10. Thanks Bud!
So my husband stopped and got me a sandwich for when I finished work, I ate half it on the way home in the dark car as I was starving then when I was picking it up I noticed something dark hanging off of it. They was half a Long black hair sticking out the end of the sub and I imagine the other half was INSIDE the sandwich. Instantly started throwing up in the car. I was soooo disgusted. Well never eat let alone stop here for anything including gas.
My only complaint would be that too many people also live the meatballs sub and sometime's they are out. In my line of work; as a busy hairdresser, I often don't have time to eat and can almost never microwave food. With a 12 inch sub, I can tear off a chunk throughout a 12 hour day. To keep the bread dry, I ask for lettuce, cukes, tomato slices and dressing on the side. One sub will get me though a murder day at work.
Some staff unsure how to make sandwiches. Worst experience by far, I explained to the gentleman how to make it he kept saying that's not right at all, it's a mega with 2 egg,4 sausage,4 bacon he puts 2 sausage,1 egg, 3 bacon instead haha brutal. New management maybe, same old attitudes. Better off driving the 10-15mins to windermere.
This is just a great subway though in general super nice worker's: Love subway and always will, never ever have been to one unsatisfied:
The service was okay, the staff may need more training when it comes to customer satisfaction. Maybe I picked a bad day but it was definitely a huge disappointment. The tea took longer to make than the sub. The sub was also pretty disappointing as they literally just threw ingredients together and smushed it into the sub. Not what I expected.
worst service I have ever received from a Subway location. Very rude server. No fountain drinks available that were advertised so when we asked how to make a combo was told too bad pay more for bottled drinks. If you don’t have something available don’t advertise it.
Closed 2 hours earlier. Called and said we are coming got there 5 min later they were closed. They always leave the veggies open over night. Run out of lettuce and peppers. Step it up!
