Today I went into subway, I ordered my first sub then realized there was a deal for a 2nd on the app...after saying to the employee I was doing the 2nd because of the deal they continued to allow me to cash out and told me just before tapping the deal wouldn't work. Not great for business.
Made an order for the subway app at 1 came at the estimated time to finish the sub, 1:20. The guy has been slowly making each sub one at a time. Needs to learn how to make 2 subs at a time
Best looking sub I've ever had made at subway. They even went out of their way to clean up for my gluten sensitivity. 10/10

complete trash and they barley put any food on my bread. It was sauggy, they used the wrong bread too. How do you mix up white Italian and cheese bread? Go to renfrew it’s better by 100%. I don’t even want to give 1 star.

Staff is friendly and food is good. The Subway App that I use works great for ordering, but my food is never ready when I go to pick it up. 6 times I've used the app and 6 times my order was not ready when I got there. I order at least 1 hour in advance
This store does not follow covid safety protocols. Allowed a family of 4 in without masks. Are we not still in a pandemic with rules? If the whole family has medical reasons for not werig masks then Subway should have taken their order outside and brought them their food. How can I trust an establishment that doesn't take the pandemic seriously
Worst subway ever, 3rd time going, horrible service, they don't honor coupons..you literally have to ask for extra everything or they will literally give you one tomato! Sad sad subway. Too bad since Eganville is such a sweet tourist community. Pull it together subway!!!!!!!!
