The staff at this location are always super friendly and kind. The food is always perfect. 10/10! Parking: Quite a few parking spots for this small location. I've always been able to find a parking spot without issue. Plus there's a large parking lot right next to it if their lot was full. Wheelchair accessibility: This location has a ramp and accessable doors.

I went throughThe drive-thruI asked for a roasted chicken 6 inch sub with guacamole and ranch dressing on it with all veggiesAnd Reese page received it I was also supposed to receive two cookies the Maca Derma cookies and a bottle of waterWhen I got when I started driving away I realized I didn't have my waterOr my cookie so I turned around and went back when I went back and I told her she gave me cookies and my water and as I was drivingI ate one of my cookies but it was chocolate chipSo IContinue eating itAnd went to sit and eat my sub and there was no ranch dressing on it and it was not toasted like I askedI went anyway bad experience and I will not go back very disappointed

Super friendly staff, but sandwich keeps missing the mark unfortunately. Bread is though and chewy, very little toppings, especially when I order from the app

To start with I LOVE SUBWAY! The one in Pictou is nice and clean restaurant! Staff could be warmer and courteous, every dine-in and pickup experience has been GREAT but today, For the FIRST TIME, we went through the DRIVE-THRU and IT WAS HORRIBLE - NOT AT ALL USER-FRIENDLY At least not for me and my family anyway order wasn't right, potato bites were soggy and mush, order for a bag of chips wasn't even right. NEVER AGAIN that I will ever go through the Subway Drive-Thru ever again! Thank you but no thank you
The staff are so friendly, food is nice and fresh, tastes great! Need to update the main photo for the location though!
