Five stars are for the staff whenever they're open. Although its a busy location the staff have always been pleasant and hard working. That being said, many times I come by now, the store is closed at odd hours. 2pm-4pm, and again closed this morning around 9am. I guess there's a problem keeping employees?
I love this location, especially at lunchtime. I have a gluten allergy and they make sure they change their gloves and handle with care. Lol, very nice employees and my lunch always tastes delicious. I DO NOT go to any other location as I've reacted myself. Dietary restrictions: Gluten Allergy
January 25, 2023 @ 5pm was the worst experience at a subway I've ever had. Only 1 of the 4 employees were out front working a long line of customers. The subs we got that were supposed to be hot meat ball, grilled chicken we're ice cold. They were not cooked prior to being given to us. The amount of sauce and ingredients added to the subs was out of control. Piles of olives, cucumbers, etc. The subs fell apart in our hands and were impossible to eat. The meatball sub had only 6 meatballs and was overflowing in sauce. I threw out my footlong sub when getting home. Focus on training seems to be required.
Ordered a salad on the app, picked it up, drove home, and realized it was a rice bowl. Drove all the way back to have it corrected, and they forgot to put lettuce in it. The staff was really young so I didn't want to give them a hard time. I tried calling to speak with the manager about 10 times over the span of a week and couldn't reach anyone. Probably wont be coming back here, Id rather drive farther and have good service.
Service with a smile always, staff is very accommodating and food is always fresh I feel like the only time there is a wait is when highschool lunch is taking place.
Only two staff, but the girls were fantastic. Had to close early because there was no one to cover the next shift.Food: 5/5

I went in on June 25th to order several subs for my co-workers and I. Claire saved the day! She did an amazing job preparing our sandwiches. As they went down the line in the ingredient section, her co-workers were starting to mix up the orders, and I insisted that they stay in order so that we can have everything correctly. Claire took over, apologized and ensured that each ingredient was added properly, then labelled each one so that when I got back to work, everyone had their sub they way they wanted. I hope this review gets back to Claire, so that her manager can recognize her for her efficiency and pleasant service.
Great sandwiches just they need to train the new guy a bit more
Very popular place, stopped around 06:00PM there and place was crowded with people. Friendly staff and delicious sandwiches. Footlong Italian Herb and Cheese all the way!
