Awful place. My first experience was kind of a meh experience. Noticed that workers there have their hair hanging, and actually found hair in my BMT. I stayed away for a while until I convinced myself to try to give them a second chance because I am a subway lover. Went in yesterday and the experience was actually great I was able to retrieve a coupon and the girl was actually very awesome and friendly. Was so happy with the experience that I decided to come back again today for another BMT sub only to meet a pouty face employee who looks like she is about to kill somebody. I noticed the hair everywhere underneath the hat but was no bothered I think her attitude was more of a turn off. She would not retrieve my coupon said it is invalid for the sub I wanted that was even cheaper in regular price. I mean, she could have retrieved it and sold a sandwich and won a loyal probably daily customer. I left the place without buying the sub, and that is the last they will see of me. I’ll try the Ridgeway one maybe it will be a better experience.
I love going at this location whenever I travel to states. Every time I go there they recognize me and serve me at their best. Can not get any better then this even at other restaurants. Good job. Keep going guys.
After a long work day just went in for a simple meal. Regular pizza sub and rotisserie chicken. The owner, was extremely rude. He gave us half a scoop of chicken and when we asked for more he started remeasuring the half scoop. On the pizza sub he asked me how many slices should be on it as I knew more than him on portioning. The most ridiculous behavior I have ever experienced from a business owner. If I could've given a 0 I would have. Very dissatisfied.
Picked up a turkey club and meatball sub. The meatball sub was not toasted like requested and the turkey club had an insane amount of sauce on it even though I asked for one strip of each, oh! They also forgot the ham and bacon on the club which is how it’s made. I actually asked for extra bacon - which I paid for. Will never eat at this location again!
@sabrina ghotra sorry u have miss understood the situation. I was there and the person u talked with was not the owner but an employee and the sandwich they made was according to the standard of subway. And sorry to say this but your card got declined and you left without paying. So u are actually supposed to come back and pay for it.
I’m pretty sure I’ve written a few reviews on Subway already through the past year or 2 but I felt like it deserves another positive review because as a regular they always know my order and even if I order some thing new it’s always on point but my reasoning for five stars as Victoria day weekend I went in and they close at 9 PM but the doors were still open at 9:18 and I didn’t realize they had closed early but they still made my sandwich for me they took all the ingredients out of the back that were already put away and went out of their way to make my sandwich for me even though that they were supposed to be technically closed! I’m so thankful for the service I receive at Subway and how friendly and amazing their staff is! I could not ask for a better experience !
We've been Subway customers for decades. In the past several months, quality has become extremely inconsistent. Toppings are skimpy even when ordering extra. Today, the last inch of bun on either side was empty! I also had to doctor up my sub like it was a grocery store sub! What is going on? Not worth the bother anymore!
Automatically charge a 15% tip for takeout without notifying customers. I will not visit again. I guess the $15 / hr wage is not enough so they scam their customers..

The only problem I face in Subway is that there's no Coffee in here.
