Wow this used to be my favorite subway to go to! Sad to say I won't be coming back this place is a joke I ordered a chicken bacon Ceasar wrap she makes it gets to the dressing part asks me which dressing I want hmm obviously Ceasar dressing....she's like ya we don't have Ceasar dressing like what the hell Hmm u might want to lead with that!!!!!!! Not impressed they're soo cheap with the veggies I had to ask for more more more like get real absolutely sad!!!
I wanted more than three tomatoe slices, and the girl working said Management told them they arent allowed. But I suspect it was her lazy opinion not management I was charged for two six inches instead of the footlong and guy couldn't open register to give me a refund. Although to be fair, this was managements policy, not the worker Have to ask for a bag or napkin. I swear the one girl is always zonked out on xanax or something. She wouldn't make my friend a sub because it was 20 minutes before close. *edit; my poor experience is not my only experience there. The three guys who work there are amazing! They have made the best sandwiches I have ever had at subway. They are kind and one of them even gave me a subway gift card for free, for no reason. Sandwich artists and class acts!
This use to be a good subway but sadly there customer service is non existent. Order a breakfast sub and the meat inside was frozen solid. I hope Subway Corporate monitors these social media sites because it’s not good for there corporate image.
Been to this Subway many times and have always had great service. Sandwiches are fresh and tasty.
Awful food and the employees didnt know the menu items or what they were doing. Had maybe 5 bites and had to throw the rest out. Absolute worst experience at a Subway.
My Daughter and I ordered from this Subway location, for a late lunch. I would say that out of all the Subways I have been to, this one is tops for sure! The young girl Amanda that works there was so organized, everything was super clean and she definitely knew what she was doing. She made our sandwiches so quickly and to perfection! I did not get the gentleman's name that was working with her, but He was very nice, as well. There is a medium sized outdoor patio that overlooks Denman Island and the ocean; very picturesque and nice chairs and tables for relaxing while you have your meal. Go check this Subway location out. You will not be disappointed. Thank you very much. We will be back.
My parents used to live up the road from here, and we went to this shop all the time for little things. One time we ordered from this Subway on our way to Hornby... Awful service. The only Subway that I've ever been to, that was actually rude to me! I was ordering my usual sandwich, which I get every single time I go, since I was a small child. Veggie, extra cheese, extra olives. Well, I can only imagine the lady behind the desk was the owner, because she put a tiny amount of everything on there and when I asked for more olives she said no! I don't even get sauce or anything on my sandwiches, so I was incredibly thrown by her reaction. If I hadn't been on a family trip with my relatives, I would have told her that I no longer wanted the sandwich if she wasn't going to make it right, and walk out. Because honestly, how much do a couple olives cost?! Anyway, this was years ago, and we haven't gone back.

Bespoke subs and wraps made to order to your exact wishes and dreams . Fountain pop dispenser located in the lobby creates dozens and dozens of flavour combinations which is a nice touch. Baked goods are always tasty and fresh, staff is friendly and efficient
I've been a huge subway fan / patron for over 30 years. I can honestly say the sub I just got was absolutely the worst sub I've ever seen or eaten. I regularly go to this subway and have never had a problem. the one I got tonight was BRUTAL. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS SUBWAY AGAIN.
