The lady who took my order was amazing I was unsure how to use my gift card and she was very patient and polite I got to say my best experience going to subway
Ordered two sandwich combos and was shocked to see how badly both sandwiches were incorrectly made. Not toasted, cold chicken, forgot to put cheese on, 1 cookie instead of the 2 that comes with combo option, 1 condiment out of the two requested, no hot peppers... on top of everything that was done to our order I was more baffled about how much the staff denied any wrong doing on this $50 order. Save your money from this location and try the other locations that take care of the business they operate. The staff and management of this location do not care if you call and ask what happened to your order or the money you wasted. Attempted to call and ask if they were busy or overloaded with orders to see where the mixup was.. no return call from manager.
It's a Subway, good for a quick sandwich when you don't want greasy fries and burger from the golden arches down the street.Food: 5/5
The friday open staff is very nice!! She was friendly and caring. She let me in earlier when it was freezing cold in the morning, and shared the warm smile. She absolutley made my day :
Has gone downhill. There were 3 working and yet the service was slow and poor customer service. I ordered a wrap and bacon was burnt and crumbled. Wrap was very wet and dripping from sauce/watery veggies. It was also barely grilled. I order the same meal every time I go to a subway and it's always a different price. I probably won't be getting subway for awhile and definitely not from this location.
Good service and they are very quick in serving you..I am usually in and out with my food in under 5 minutes, even when they are really busy:
Best clerk I ever had at subway on West Saanich Rd was this young man, very professional...There were.three of us in our group we each ordered a footlongand then a lone customer after us. The clerk appeared to be the only one on duty at the time but he made our subs to perfection and then proceeded to serve the next customer without skipping a beat. Great service/customer service.
It was quick professional service to help me my order and made my sandwich very well and delicious.

In terms of franchise fast food they are excellent. quick and polite staff and very cleanly. Probably the best Subway i've seen in the city. If you're looking for a quick healthy personalized meal they've got you covered.
