The employees are anything BUT friendly. I thought my last visit was an exception to any other subway locations I’ve been to, but this is my second time here…different employees than the last time I was here…but definitely not anyone I would want working for me. My dad was in restaurant and hotel management and I was taught customer service by him. I have experience with dining and these employees need to be knocked down a notch or two. I won’t be back to this location!!!
Do not waste your time at this location in Norwalk, Iowa. Don’t waste your time on there subway series sandwiches. You’re lucky if you taste anything that’s in that sandwich their classic sandwiches taste better and have more in it. Go to Jimmy John’s in Norwalk you get a better made quality sandwich at the same if not cheaper price. The manager owner of the Norwalk, Iowa subway responded to my complain and hardly even cared about anything that I said please take your business somewhere else.
The girls working were very friendly and prompt. Sandwich was good but lettuce on it was pretty gross had to pick it off.
Ive gone here about 5 times now in the past few months. Never had any issues with my food or the service. Its basic Subway but decent food. Figured Id give a shout out and help the reviews along! :D
Don't care for the new menu. I will always order my sandwich the way I want it. Please spend more time training your employees to listen instead of interrupting people then have to ask me again what I wanted, cause they are more worried about how many sandwiches I need to order. Always. Always. Always. Incorrect when ordering online. Ordered a salad asked for "more" on the customization part and even put it in the Special instructions section on ur ordering app and still you give me a dry salad with out the oil and vinegar I requested. Though the process would be a little better moving to a new store and with new employees but nope. Hope things get figured out there.
Three young workers pretended we didn't exist upon entering the store. The guy at the start of the line never looked up once as we waited. He proceeded to take an online order and layout bread for multiple sandwiches. I asked the other two workers if we could order please. They looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. I tried asking the same question again but continued to be ignored. I worked in food service like this as a teen and can't imagine the reprimand my team would've received if we treated customers like that.

Don't bother ordering online, you'll get booted to the back of the line. I'm watching 8 sandwiches being made in store while my order is now 15 minutes late
