Update01/10/2023. Had given 5 stars before, but have to change it to 1 star after the new ownership took over. The customer service was really good with the previous ownership, but with the new ownership it barely exists. Hopefully they turn it around, 1 star till then.
So I travel all across America and love a Subway. But this time I was let down. I ordered a protein bowl and as you can see it's only about half full. I asked for my bacon to be cut up like it is at other Subways and nope that didn't happen. Didn't get napkins and got a spoon to eat with... I wasn't pleased at all with this location..
Greated kindly as I entered the establishment. Ordered 6in Italian BMT on Italian herb& cheese. Fast assembly and awesome service! Definitely impressed with the visit!
Best sandwiches at any subway I've ever been to! Great staff, clean restaurant, and the sandwiches are consistently made like works of art. I've been to countless subways where they mash everything in, but this one doesn't!
New owners are not goood they cut all the employees pay when they took the store over and there customer service is horrible as you will see in alot of other reviews this location will never be like it was before
Don't expect to get fast service since the new owners have taken over. They seem to get overwhelmed with the online orders at the expense of making people wait in line. And now they've got these big Stickers about some Subway Series thing that blocks your view of the veggies so you can't even tell if they look good or even what all is offered!
All the food was fresh and much better than what I remember it's been a bit since I've visited a subway. But this location was best ever I had. Friendly stuff, I'll definitely be returning! Good luck and keep up to good work guys
The new owners of this place are very rude and treat you as if you aren’t even on the same intelligence level as them. It’s also very weird to me that the owner left a 5 star review on his own franchise because this place used to feel like a 5 star experience, but with the change in ownership, it feels even extremely generous to give them 1 star, however google forces you to give a star. I saw one of the employees using his “sub making gloves” to put chewing tobacco In his mouth without changing them. Luckily it wasn’t my sub he made with them, but I warned the nice young lady behind me about what had happened. The gentleman was very rude and started swearing at her upon the confrontation, which resulted in the both of us choosing to eat elsewhere. It’s very sad to see how downhill this place I once frequented at has turned out. Change is sometimes a good thing, but in this case, I am sad to report it is the worst thing that has happened to this subway in some time.
I don’t do a lot of reviews, but one tall person named John was at this Subway, who gave us an exceptional service, which made me write this review on my own. I would rate this as the best subway in the world. The place is large enough, pretty clean and tidy. The enthusiasm of John at closing hours of the day was just amazing, right from him greeting us when we entered, to him opening the doors when we left. Felt like fine dining.
Stopped by to grab lunch and the employees were super friendly and welcoming. All the food was fresh and much better than what I remember it's been a bit since I've visited a subway. I'll definitely be returning!Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: Yes
