Incredibly poor customer service. Don't normally post but the treatment was absolutely terrible. If I could rate this lower than a one star, I would.
- Good customer service - Sandwich was delicious but probably because I was famished. I could barely tell meat was on my sandwich and it was dry; boy do I miss Quizznoes...wished I had stayed on the Wendy's line, but I was too impatient...not only would I have had a full, filling meal but a drink as well and saved a little. The best part is probably that I saved some calories. If Subway wants to save themselves from continuously closing store/going out of business, they need to do a lot more than introduce new names of sandwiches with the same dry tastelessness. Brightside, the cookies are forever delicious.

I went to this place because I received a coupon in the mail and I wanted to try them out. Once a show the Asian lady manager the coupon her whole attitude change. I asked for the Italian herb and cheese bread and she told me they don’t have that bread available at the moment, and it will take 10 minutes for the bread to be fully cook. After 5 minutes another customer came in and asked for the same bread and she gave it to her!!!! Once she was done with that customer she said to me “you want that bread right?” This is not right, I feel discriminated and on top of that while she was serving my food she had an attitude. Do not recommend this place!

CAL the Spanish young man with a pony tail was very professional, with the hardship we are facing the work station was clean and well sanitized. He makes good sandwich and was very polite. he was aiming to please the customer which is what matter .. cal service rate 5 star His professionalism is what make the subway experience delightful.... good job cal thanks MOS Rivera.....
I may be biased, I LOVE Subway. This particular location, however, really seems to have it together. The server was respectful and listened to what I asked. The sandwich was a work of art, and the upsell was not too pushy - just enough to make me buy a soda 'n chips.
They don't like to put many veggies on the sandwich which is bad when you're having a veggie delight.... And if you ask for a few more veggies the Asian lady gets nasty. They won't take coupons either. I'd skip this Subway all together.
Door was wide open on a 96 f degree day ,no A/C ,didn't look clean at all or should I said looked nasty, dirty tables,floor and sandwich counter looked bad too, tuna salad was old and messed up. Didn't wanna order anything from this place ..overall bad experience
