Walking in the first thing I noticed was how clean it was! We went in around 3:15pm and were the only ones who were there. So it certainly wasn't busy! There were 2 employees working both extremely kind and professional. The food was wonderful and very fresh! It is handicap accessible with handicap parking ! Overall definitely more than a 5 star visit. Will be eating here again! Hours are in my photos.
I think you need to hire kids that have confidence and can actually talk to your costumers. They can't look at you in your eyes, they look down. They do not great you. I said hi to a blonde curly hair guy 2x and he didn't even respond.
The young men were exceptionally friendly, and I'm so impressed. They were quick yet accurate, and polite. Where we live it's hit or miss, so these guys put them to shame! Great job! Very clean too. Give them a raise.
Clean place. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Vegetarian options: Don't want meat, that's OK. Load up on the fresh veggies! Kid-friendliness: They do make small sandwiches and have kid sized side items. Parking: 20+ spots available as it has it's own parking lot and it's next to a bank that has 20+ spots, too. Wheelchair accessibility: There are handicapped parking spaces available right close to the door. Not sure about a hydraulic handicapped opener. Maybe something to look into.
Got a Cali fresh steak sandwich and they charged me for everything that goes on a Cali fresh steak except for the veggies tell me does steak, beacon, and fresh mozzarella cheese not got on the sandwich? They tried to claim nothing is recommended on the sandwich and I only knew what to put on it because of subways in Cedar Rapids
I have come here often in the past couple of months to pick up online takeout orders. It is always fast and easy. My only complaint is that I wish they would update their app/online ordering to show that they are carrying Italian herbs and cheese bread again, I missed it! Otherwise, the orders are always accurate.
My brother stopped at this Subway in his freight truck today on his route. I met him there and he bought a birthday meal for me and himself for my birthday. He had the cold cut sub. I had the new subway pizza.
The food was good but theres always a staff member that is super snotty. I love subways food but that one worker is making the experience not worth coming in anymore. The rest of the staff is fast and freindly but the bad out weighs the good in this situation. Good luck to anyone that gets service from her. Your gonna need it.
Stopped by after a football game with a group of 6 teens, staff was very short with the girls. Not sure if they didn't know the answer to the questions they were asked or just didn't care. One of the group ordered a salad, for almost $7 it was very small, normally at Subway, the salad is mixed and cut in another container before being served in the throw away one. This didn't happen. Overall we weren't very happy with the service or the food quality.
Rude staff. 0 customer service. Treated it like a business deal. Wanted us to order and get out. Didn't ask us if we were eating in or anything. Both ladies were just fine with the other regulars so if you are coming from out of town don't bother going here
