Manager, rude and nasty placed online order did not show up there took the money out of my account. They did not refund.
The staff was friendly even though she was working alone. She apologized for our wait, but we were not in a hurry. Both of our sandwiches were tasty. This is a nice clean location with fresh food.
I went in to get a sandwich and there was an employee named faith who was really rude to me and called me a bi*** I hope she gets fired 1/10 terrible employee to be calling people names like that I have been here with other workers and they are really nice I just can’t believe she would say something like that to me….
Super fresh veggies- fresh bread- and super clean! The staff was really friendly and helpful. Also attached to a cute little shop. Will definitely return to this location!
This store has no set hours. Ya never know if they are going to be open or not. One day I went there at 4pm, sign on the door we are close… today I called before I when at 5:30 to see if they are open… was told no we are closing at 6…. How can this store stay in business?

I love Subways food. I only gave it 3 stars because the staff there are not very attentive. I've been in several times. Needs more friendly, patient staff. Good subs tho, love the chopped salad, usually very clean. I've not had to wait long or at all to order. Not super busy.
The older lady who was working New year's Eve was absolutely rude and needs to be spoken to. First off when I enteeen the lobby the phone rang and the young man working along with her answed it as she took my order, when the young man asked her what time they close that night she replied "10 o'clock, you know the people who call and ask what time we close are the same people who come in every day, they must be too stupid to read the door" which I believe was completely unnecessary considering it was New year's Eve and many places close early. Second off, I ordered the new cheese bread meatball sub and she soaked, I MEAN SOAKED my sandwich in the garlic butter. I mean she added so much that my bread was wet all the way through the crust, I couldn't even finish half of my foot long it was appalling! Other than her rudeness the young man who rang me up was very nice but seemed a little on edge with his co-worker
I don’t often eat at Subway, but I’ve been to the Hebron one maybe four times. The lady working today had a terrible attitude. If you have celiac or a gluten intolerance do NOT go to this Subway. I asked if they have gluten free bread and this employee made a rude remark and basically said that gluten allergies/sensitivities are not real. Honestly, had I not met someone there for lunch I would have just left and I can guarantee you I won’t return. My four year old daughter has celiac and when I saw what gluten did to her I decided to remove it from my diet 2 1/2 years ago. Within a couple of weeks I started feeling better. I hadn’t been well for many years. Within 9 months I lost 110 pounds- not from removing gluten, but from actually feeling well enough to move around and the energy to cook healthy foods. Shame on this lady for mocking me. Her exact words were “I want to know where the Gluten issues were three years ago” basically saying that gluten allergies/intolerances are not real. I will be filing an official complaint about this. And on my receipt she is employee 310
We had to drive alot further as our local one was closed. But the sandwiches were really good!!
