Hello, I was touched by the excellent customer service of a gentleman working behind the counter at about 7pm last night 2/15/23. I'm writing this review in hopes that a leader at Subway will take notice. I made an online order, and this man called me to inform me that there was no more wheat bread. While I didn't answer that call because I didn't recognize the number, when I came into the shop, he was waiting and ready to ask which bread I would like instead. He was so kind and respectful in the way he spoke, and I could tell he cared about his quality of work and customer service. This is a hard job in today's world, and I hope that someone will take notice of his work ethic and offer him a promotion. Thanks.
Haven’t ordered from this location for a long time, but finally ordered from the app and picked up on the way home today. Got home and started eating the sandwich, and of course, it doesn’t have what I ordered. Ordered turkey, ham, and bacon sub. There’s NO bacon, and I specifically ordered this sub because my kid likes bacon. Ordered extra cucumbers, pickles, and honey mustard. There’s only 4 pickles in the whole sub, 3 cucumbers, and the regular amount of honey mustard. Ordered the extra pickles, cucumbers because those are my kids favorite. Also ordered a tuna sub for my mom, she wanted pepper jack cheese in it. And of course, there’s no cheese. If these are the “extra”, then I’m worried about what the normal amount is like. I guess I shouldn’t have tipped since my order wasn’t even correct.
Drove there during advertised open hours-just for it to be closed, all dark. Must be short staffed. Closed at 7:30pm on a Saturday? Google says this location is open until 10pm. Change hours to reflect accurate open hours please. Save the drive people!
The place was clean and the food was good too. I remember a time when it was a 5-dollar footlong. Today, you're lucky if you can get a footlong for twice that price. The value just isn't here for us to make this a more regular visit.
Waited in line to order, the artist created my sandwich, and the cashier threw the whole foot long away because they could not process two forms of payment.
Tony is my absolute favorite! Not just his personality but he makes the best samich! Thanks Tony!!!!! You deserve a raise!
You know what you are going to get when you go to subway. I wouldn't recommend the drive through at this location. My sandwich came missing 4 types of veggies and no mayo and I can't be bothered to go back. I just ate my meat cheese and lettuce sandwich while I wrote this review and I need to get back to work.

So freaking unprofessional people here . Had to wait for 30 mins till they prepare online order . In person people should get priority I think. We asked Turkey and she added HAM without even asking if we want that or not . So f..ed up here I wish I could give-ve stars.
Walked In to get a Subway after I just got done using the gym. 1st thing she says to me. sir do you have a mask! I say no I have a medical condition! she says you have to use the drive-thru I say OK that's cool. I go out to use the drive-thru my sandwich is not even on their. How can you ask me to use the drive-thru if you don't even have the sandwich I'm looking for on there, and I have to pay for it right there on the spot I can't even talk to the teller to have her build me my sandwich. That's OK I will just go to another Subway and you will lose my sail just like many other people you will lose. It would be one thing if all of you Subway owners were on the same page but your not, some of you request we wear masks, some of you leave us alone. I will just go to the ones that leave us alone and don't require us to wear masks.
