If there is a sub-standard for intelligence, that is who works there. After several attempts at getting my 3 sandwiches right I gave up and went to the Ontario,OR store. I think both sandwich makers were stoned. But the one in Ontario was all about doing things properly. Like they actually cared.
The two gentleman who helped my wife and I were the absolute PERFECT representation of what SUBWAY is all about. Excellent customer service, quality, and all around good experience!
The employees look like they are so inconvenienced by you. The boy wearing the black and white hat had the worst attitude I've ever seen in my life. He looked so annoyed no matter what I did or didn't do. He really hated that me and my husband came in for lunch. The other woman seemed annoyed as well but seemed fine once we got to the register.
Kinda spendy, over 9 dollars for a Turkey bacon avocado sandwich, which for some reason is $2 more expensive then the wrap is. Probably would of tasted good overall if she hadn't burnt my bacon so badly.
Kim and Olive were pleasantly friendly!!! The laughs were appreciated. Keep up the great work ladies!!!
Ordered a steak and cheese melt when I should have just paid $3 less and got the sandwich because wasn't grilled only grill Marks on 1 bottom half of the sandwich the other half wasn't grilled the whole top wasn't grilled and the whole sandwich was soft so wasted the extra money! Very very disappointing!! Its Good but just not what I was expecting or paid for.
The sandwiches are delicious. The bread is always fresh as are all of the ingredients in them are tastey.
I ordered online for pick up, and it's probably the worst subway I've ever had. So if you're going to eat at this subway, don't order online.
Prices are steep for what you get. Customer service is typically decent. Olive is amazing! They need more like her.
