I ordered ahead on the app and had an ok salad. The meat was chopped up and easy to eat, however, the veggies were not so those were not easy to eat. I guess the default Subway Club salad doesn't come with any dressings so it was dry. Everything was nice and cold though. The seating situation is poor so I can't recommend eating inside, especially in the winter. You're either in front of the counter, which has no space to get in and out if it's busy, or right next to the bathrooms, so you better hope no one has anything bad going on internally or you'll get to share a piece of their experience in there. This Subway could use a self pickup shelf like a lot of subways do, making for fast pickups and not having to bother the busy staff. I saw two different guys go into the bathroom while I was there, one being a customer and one being a staff member. I can't say it was the employee for sure but there urine all over the seat so either the staff member shared it or they simply ignored it. Either way it should've been cleaned up during or shortly after to go get proper cleaning supplies. When the employee came out they went back up before even being out of the doorway. I heard the sink water turn on for not even 2 seconds then they came back out. I know they have to wash their hands they're supposed to anyway when they help a new customer but that still leaves room to contaminate the door handle. They also could have touched cash for customer's change then the customer would have the contaminants on them and everything they touch until washing their hands next.
Just was there. And bought two sandwiches. I received coupons in the mail that were expired. That's bad when u have to pay full price. Last time I'm goin to this location customer Service is terrible they could have found other coupons. Just don't care about customers
William Marika and Greg had this subway looking Shiney clean and welcoming all the food looked fresh clean and organized the sandwich bar was sparkley clean and they were front and center for their customers . From their greeting to the welcoming feel I felt with all the stress of my day, they made it melt away and tried to even too it off with a cookie but I gracefully declined the sugar sweets. They should be recognized ! Especially William who was indeed the host of the most. I've not been to a sub way in quite some time but newly discovered the garlic chicken sub which is amazing so I wanted one that day and it definetly was prepared by Marika very cleanly and very beautifuly. These simple pleasures mean so much to customers in this busy busy life season. Thank you so much to the robbinsdale broad way subway and William Marika and Greg . Go eat folks
The customer service at this location is horrible I went in on a Sunday to get a sandwich for the football game and all of their veggies that are supposed to be fresh we're frozen when I asked the manager to get me fresh veggies she copped an attitude with me rolling her eyes and basically made it as if that was impossible. Horrible service don't waste your money here
Employee's at this location atleast the ones who made our sandwichs don't care what the customer gets. Ordered online for dinner. Husband brings them home and we find big chucks of veggies that once removed took up most of the sandwich. There wasn't much left for veggies after taking them out. They added so much ranch to one that it poured out the bottom when biting into it and bread was soggy. Dont think we will be going to this location any longer. For the price of these sandwiches, kinda expected more. Obviously they don't care enough to pay attention to what they are doing to customers purchased food!
In my opinion, Subway should pay its employees enough to care about the quality of the work they do and about giving people at least a modicum of customer service. The staff at this location do not care how they treat people or care what the customer gets. Today, the person attempting to make a sandwich could not understand what I was asking for no matter how specific I was or how many times I repeated myself. Extremely frustrating interaction and I just left without food because there was a line behind me and I felt ridiculous repeating over and over that the loaf of bread she chose was bad.
Feb18, 2022 @ 18:00 This store has it right and the girls working.... They don't make enough. I order a pretty basic sandwich. Meatball, toasted to melt cheese only add some jalapenos and lots of Parm. It blows my mind how many stores mess that up. This store couldn't have made it more to my liking if I had made it myself. Then the store was spotless. The girls were remarkably friendly. It's funny, writing this to give credit where it's due, it occurs to me it took longer to write this than my experience inside. My 5 min experience was well worth the 15 minutes to review. Keep up the good work girls. Thank you!
Got two foot longs Workers were stagnant and lethargic Didn’t listen to simple instructions Unwilling to elaborate on any confusion about my sandwich I asked for ranch they gave me peppercorn ranch, I asked for my sandwich to be toasted they took out the meat and only toasted The Meat
Highway robbery. I used to be $5 footlong now it's $15. Inflation isn't 300% since the 90s so clearly they are just getting greedy like everyone else. Might as well go out to eat for these prices.Food: 4/5
what's the point of advertising something that you're staff says you never have?! This is the second time I've come to this location that they've been "out" of the ciabatta bread. get your act together!
