at the Dr now for an allergic reaction. I ordered 2 veggie customized sandwich and Only got 2 ingredients I actually ordered on it. No seasonings either. I'm allergic to olives and found those on My sandwich. I'm also high risk pregnancy so the difficulty breathing was not plesent. On oxygen right now Supposedly "will hear from their manager tomorrow". In the meantime big hospital bill and no dinner. Will be going to see what's going on tomorrow. If you don't want to die don't bother going here.
I have been a customer of Subway for many years, and have been to dozens of locations. The Emmett location has had struggles over the past several months with staffing, ingredients, and taking credit cards for payment. None of this has truly been an issue or kept us from supporting them. Today however I learned they have made the decision to cut way back on the meat they put on the sandwich. The young man that made the sandwich put the equivalent of a half sandwich of meat on a foot long. When I questioned him he stated that is all the sandwich gets, the bread had spaces that had no chicken. I questioned him again and he literally did not care. I will remain a subway customer, however I will not support the Emmett location. Profitability should not come from cheating customers, rather by giving them a good value. With JJ’s now in town the owners need to reassess their business plan.
People were friendly and the sandwiches were good. But the tables and chairs were definitely needing cleaned. We were going to stay and eat but after seeing all the tables and chairs being super dirty we just took our food to go. Other wise really good :

The girl that was in the meats position was very friendly. Made good conversation with people while she made their food. I didn't catch any of their names, but most definitely pleased with the service and food that I received.

Service was ok. Sandwich was soggy when we got home 2 min drive away. The bred turned to mush. Never had that happen before. Probably wont go back.
Great sandwiches and great employees! The gentlemen had great teamwork and a good system down. They were jammed with people and online orders but stayed calm and got sandwiches made in a timely manner! Great job, guys!Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: Yes
I came in 30 minutes before closing and they had already shut the oven down and put half of their product in the back and said they were already cleaned up for the night. A woman came in after 17 min till closing and was yelled at when she asked for a meatball sub. The lady told her “we close in 5 minutes you can’t order that.” I asked the boy if they always close their ovens down 30 min before closing so I can avoid that next time and he said the manager tells them to shut everything down and clean up an hour early. Really poor customer service.
This used to be a really nice location to eat at and frequent until the management changed as of early 2021. This place is plagued with long lines and very strange, immature workers. On two separate occasions, within the span of a couple days, I was treated rudely by two different sets of individuals working there. One evening, a guy appeared to be the only one working that particular shift and rudely said to my family ‘what do you want?’ looking at us like we were unwelcome despite us being the only customers throughout the entire time When ordering the roast beef sandwich the worker surly responded: ‘we don’t have roast beef, there’s a roast beef shortage at every restaurant throughout the country.’ Btw, This turned out being a lie because a few days after, I went down the street to blue ribbon Café and they’re still making roast beef sandwiches without batting an eye for much fresher food quality/service. And despite my family and I trying to remain friendly and cordial with the said employee, he blandly complained/monologued about the management and told us if we had a problem, we should speak to management because it’s not his problem. Two days later I returned to the same location during the lunch hour and was treated poorly by two different workers: I simply ordered a drink this time and they gave me a hard time about not ordering any food I politely declined the offer and told them I would stick to my drink this time around —After this, one worker made a weird joke about me not buying a cookie to go with the drink; then the other worker rudely spoke yet again about me not buying a cookie, this time pulling out a ‘pity me’ card by obnoxiously saying ‘we’re not making enough sales so are you gonna let us starve/lose money ?’ When I told them I didn’t realize they were having financial difficulties they gave me the cold shoulder and wouldn’t speak to me for the rest of my order for whatever reason. I don’t care about your overpriced, unhealthy cookies nor your mood-swinging attitudes—if I want a cookie , then that should be my choice—and I don’t give a rip about you not making enough money so don’t guilt trip me or try to blame your poor sales on customers for not buying enough food from you because of *your* terrible customer service skills/internal work ethic issues! Again, this used to be a great location to eat at, but alas this is no longer the case. And while the quality of food may remain consistent, I am disappointed to say that the workers and management quality is not.
