Been here quite a few times and twice gotten 12 cookies with a Groupon. Once we waited for the cookies to bake but then they served other people and didn’t have enough for us so we left. Sometimes the service is nice. Cookies are tasty
It's just Subway. Don't expect fireworks. The lady who works overhere does everything to speed up the process of making sandwiches however she is here by herself only and at this moment there is 7 people waiting to be served. Expect waiting at least 10 min until you get your sandwich done especially at smoko or lunch time. This restaurant needs more people to do sandwiches
I am so disappointed with their service such a rude serving person got no patience. Got served by mid-aged men who was so mean to one old Asian men he was not so well in speaking English and was having difficulty in placing a order. That guy was literally shouting at him. I guess u guys can do lot better.
The staff are helpful, and I like the cookies were made perfectly which I got so many times back in 2015. Some of the toppings I like as well.
Subway/ Cycle way near Harris park visited first time. Infrastructure wise superbly designed. If maintenance done properly it will be a good place to visit.
I did an Uber Eats order with this store yesterday. The sandwich was contaminated with salads I didn't order, the other salads I ordered were missing. I ordered 3 double choc cookies, only for this to be ignored and provided with 1 choc chip cookie, with a handwritten message on the front of the packet, saying "enjoy a free cookie on us." What on Earth was free?! I paid for 3 and received 1! When I rang up, the male manager was rude and defensive. Annoyed that I had to drive 4.3km to go back and fix the order in person while heavily pregnant and with two toddlers, yet still had to pay the delivery fee. Amazingly, when I came in to fix the order, the manager asked me to check it was right before I left. I must credit them for that, because the order was still wrong and had to fix again before leaving lol! Terrible customer service, highly disappointing, and will not be purchasing from here again.
I’m a regular at this store. I’ve always had pleasant experience with my orders and sometimes during lunch times it can get quite busy with bit of a wait, they’ve offered me free cookie for waiting. Overall, food quality is good and great customer service.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I ordered two meatballs footlong subs with bacon and to be toasted. All the meat was absolutely cold and had no warmth in it AT ALL! This is absolutely appalling. Worst food I have ever received. They forgot to pack my Powerade and provided me with the wrong cookies. Absolutely disgusted by this store and will never be ordering from here again.
I had to remove my previous review praising this store. Ordered a subway wrap via uber eats. Selected Double meat and upgraded to a large wrap. What arrived was not so much a wrap but more of a ball. It also was coming loose so any attempt to eat the wrap would result in a HUGE mess. I tried to re-wrap it myself but got sauce all over my fingers. I paid good money for this order so I returned it to the store and asked if they could help re-wrap it, or maybe put the order in bread instead, since the wrap clearly wasn't working. The man behind the counter absolutely refused to help. Insisted If I have a problem I should contact head office. I was really annoyed. I left the wrap with him and bought a crossiant near by. Currently applying for a refund on uber eats. He was unwilling to work out any solution at all and I had to leave empty handed and hungry. In no way was I offered any solution, just to accept the ball of food they made for me, for $ 30 !
I remember a time where generous portions of topics were included and that justified the price. Disappointed that the toppings are so sparingly placed. Suggest that management need to review the practice. The generous toppings is what made subway a great favorite. Now a kebab and Vietnamese roll has more salad and filling than a subway roll. The service on the other hand was really great.
