I go to this subway often and have always ordered four pieces of meat on my 6inch sub instead of six pieces. I have avoidant restrictive food intake disorder and have a hard time eating certain foods especially meat. This causes me to only be able to eat a little bit before getting grossed out and unable to eat the rest. Well today the employee questioned my decision twice which is fine but then she proceeded to talk about me to the next customer in line laughing about my decision to not get 6 pieces of meat. I have a hard enough time eating in the first place ai shouldn’t have to worry about being laughed at for asking for less. I really wish I would have informed her about my eating disorder so she can become educated and not make the same mistakes for other customers but at the same time I shouldn’t have to explain that to her. People who provide good customer service wouldn’t react that way in the first place. I then found hair in my sandwich. Definitely not going back.
The food was good, but a bad taste in my mouth from the snotty service. The store was clean. We will always choose a different place to eat over this location.Food: 5/5

They were really busy when we went at around 5:30pm. The staff was extremely efficient, nice and worked very well together. My husband and I often visit this location and find it to always run smoothly with friendly good employees.

I love subway and come to this location often. However, I order the same thing each time I go and my order is rang up differently which changes the price of my order anywhere between 2 to 4 dollars difference. This has happened more than once and I have brought this to the managers attention who just told that it was due to the fact I did not get cheese on my sub! Wow! She told me to make sure I remind them to ring it up the right way next time. No offer of any compensation or anything when I was charged almost over 4 bucks more than I should've been for my food. I understand there may be new people and everything is short staffed now days but come on people do better and have some communication when ringing up people ! This just happened again today as well and I was charged 2 bucks more than I should've been. Someone should not be charged more because they didn't get something on their sandwich. Isn't that the point of subway to get it how you want it made fresh in front of you?
Staff were friendly but not very helpful. We couldn't get our order to go through on subway app so I ended up going in the store asking for help and I got a I don't know anything about the app and then she asked another employee she said the same thing. So I asked for any contact info on I could contact someone about the app not working again didn't know anything. Was kind of frustrating being that the subs I was ordering would have cost me $6.09 on the app with coupons and stuff that I have but because I had to go in the store I spent over $10 each sub.
