Overall the service and location are all great! Sometimes slow but understandable for new staff. The food all in all is good but man the bread has gone down hill, fewer choices sure but, the "density" of the bread has changed. Mostly air now, turns into flat "bread"... Im still a customer for now but it's just not the same....
pretty sure they cleaned house and fired everyone. The workers I just seen in there today was a first time seeing them. Very rude. Wouldn't give a cheese option or even ask if you wanted it toasted. Lady running the register put my sub in a bag and literally tossed it on the counter towards me
The last several times I have gone here there was no chicken, no spinach, no tomato available. When I get flatbread the bread is harder than a rock. Not a great option of “fresh”
Guy making the sandwich had scruffy beard no beard net, looked very dirty and dingy. Was using gloves that were torn, and scoffed at me for asking to put new gloves on. Only good thing was the free cookie, but was undercooked and doughy.
Bad service - crackhead vibes
Well one my mother works there so I know the food is kept to temp and stored properly and all and all its clean! And when trying to get something quick it's better than a drive through at some high calorie burger place so 4 stars for sure

They no longer carried the Thai Chicken sub: and the woman working was grumpy and seemed to be overworked. She is actually the only employee that I have seen working for the last 2 months that I have been in town.
Wasn't even busy. Two people in front of me. Took twenty plus minutes to get our order through. The employees literally moved like sloths while making our sandwiches. They just seemed like they did not care at all and took no pride in their work. Our sandwiches wher very poorly constructed. I used to love this place.
It was very bad today, most the time its good.
