Don't waste your time or money at this location. The staff are rude and not only did the employee have a very bad attitude but she didn't get my order correct. Terrible experience, terrible establishment.
If I could give this place a big fat 0, I would. It was dirty, one employee had 5 of her kids in there, and the veggies looked old. Never going here again.Food: 1/5
Ordered and paid for subs online and when i sent someone went to pick them up they didn't have it ready or the bread. When asked for a refund; was told the manager would be in after 4pm and guess what...they're not there.
The manager was really rude. We order from our phone two subs with meal deal. When we went inside she said here your order with rudeness . There is only two subs without drink and chips so I asked about chips and drink, she didn’t reply anything so I ask is it ok to grab cup n chips and she was just starring at me with no expression There were two other people inside working and laughing . Also when we opened our sub there is dirty gloves inside. These people needs to get fired. They were so rude specially manager.
Team staff is rude everytime I come in here also closes nearly an hour early every night. 9pm Can the corporate office take a look at this please

Ordered online so I wouldn't have to wait and still waited. They were so slow at making them also
If I can give no stars I would because I ordered a foot long meatball sub thru DoorDash and received a burnt 6 inch sub that was thrown together!
I have been to this facility twice recently and workers were inside but they said they were closed. Tonight the hours posted are until 10pm. The note on the door said drive thru only. I ordered on the touch screen at the drive thru and when I pulled to the window the lady informed that they were closed because they have "school age kids working". Ridiculous!
The manager at lake city subway is so unprofessional. Her workers are working and she lolligagging. Why you come to the register and and ask me what I ordered. If you was doing you job the whole time, you would know. She is really complacent. Please send a secret shopper. She needs evaluating...sheesh
