The customer service is excellent, and the food has me coming back pretty much every day. They have a great selection to keep from getting bored, and I have lost 5 lbs so far by eating healthier. But they have snacks and cookies, too, so I can still have a treat when I want. All in all, this particular subway is my favorite. and yes. Sometimes there is a line. Get over it...the food is worth it. maybe that's why they have so many customers.
I ordered sandwiches online and went to pick them up about a half hour later. The girl was busy with a line and they werent done Im patient so i sat at a table cause she said shed make them in a minute. She took the about 10 people in line and then kept taking people who were walking in before us. I waited 45 minutes before leaving.
Subway corporate had one poor person running the whole store alone. Super dangerous for them, really shows the corporate lack of care for the workers who hold them up. Not at all impressive. I felt really bad they were all alone.

Workers are dressed in everyday clothes and not wearing uniforms or aprons. When leaning to reach items to make a sandwich, their chests are actually laying on the sandwich. Also did not wash their hands after they were sweeping the floor prior to making sandwiches. The soda machine is also very moldy. They should also be wearing masks since they have to talk the whole time they are preparing your food. The items that I ordered went straight into the trash as soon as I got home. I do not recommend this location. Would give no stars if it was an option.
Tonight it took the person 20 mins to make a foot long and a wrap. It tested my patients to say the least. Especially when there was 3 other people in front of me. Worst subway experience ever!! After losing a good hour off my Sunday i wondered if it was even worth it for the 17$ it cost me!?!?!?
This place is a nightmare! I placed an order online on 8/20 and the order was incorrect. My wife ran out to grab my sandwich and did not bring her phone so I figured I’d give the store a call and get the order fixed. Wrong!! I called 20x and got no answer at all. The app tells you to call the store to cancel or if you have any issues but what’s the sense in calling if NO ONE ANSWERS. Money down the drain!
Awful! Ordered on line expecting items to be ready. Not. Even started! I understand they had a large order but in no way did they bother to let me know...the worst was yet to come. I asked how long and was told a couple of minutes. I had a 6" hot sandwich which was done and left open faced on the counter while my two "chopped" salads were being made. He took out the bowls to chop my salads and was told by an associate that he didn't need to do that since it wasn't on the order. I asked what he was doing and he said it wasn't on the order....here I was right in front of him asking for it and he said it wasn't on the slip! HELLO, a customer is right in front of you asking for it to be chopped!! After referring to the slip for the 3rd time saying it didn't say chopped and seeing my now cold meatball sandwich still open on the counter, I walked out. I'm sure I'll never get that money back but I'll certainly never visit that Subway again! Update: I was contacted via phone and email to address my issue. My main goal was to let the owner of the store know they had an issue, they obviously do care about the service of their business so hopefully letting them know there was an issue will work to resolve this. I have never been dissatisfied with the products, it was just the lack of customer service that blew my mind! I will upgrade my initial review from a 1 star to a 3 based on their responding to the issue Thanks
Tried one of their special beef sandwiches on the flatbread. It was OK, not a big fan of chains and this is one of the better ones. Enjoyed my sandwich and may grab one again in the future. The staff were great and very helpful as they helped my wife navigate around the Gluten Free/Dairy Free options.
I was in the store on Friday evening 9/9. It was very busy with just one employee working. I felt compelled to write a review because his customer service skills were excellent. Despite the long line, the employee was courteous, apologized for the wait and worked quickly. Truly appreciated.
