Ordered soup for like $4, and less than half of the little container is full. Literally like a 1/3 cup or less. What's the point? Call the store many times, and no one picks up. If your low on soup, then just tell the customer. Why would I want just a 1/3 cup of soup for dinner? Very disappointing
Okay Subway, I'm gonna need you to fix yourself. No bread selections other than white and wheat? No Cucumbers? Someone needs to start a petition... This is not okay. Your staff are absolute angels, just add the flavor back!
The order taker was pushy and my sandwich was made wrong totally wrong and my salad was gross.
Went through the plainwell drive thru. Got home and they made my sub completely wrong, even after I asked multiple times. Went back for them to fix it and they made it completely wrong again! Charged me for extra meat and cheese and never got it. Inside was not open for me to watch them make it. Called and they argued about it. They did nothing to fix the problem or even apologize. Unprofessional and rude.
Ordered online. Forgot my pizza. And bacon on my protein bowl and once I got it home I realized they used the wrong chicken. Love paying for the extras and getting less. The excuse was that they'd been busy. Well I'm sorry but that's not an excuse to completely mess up my order and forget things I ordered and paid for.
Bread was old, employees non responsive when asked a question. Maybe they just were having a bad day.Food: 2/5
Unfortunately not a good experience here I've been here a few times and every time my sub has either been poorly made or the toaster has been "shut off" well before close.
Friendly staff, the only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 star review. Is for the sure fact I was the only one in the entire restaurant and waited 10 minutes before a staff member addressed me. Besides that they were nice and apologized for the wait. Food was good as always.
I absolutely love coming to this subway Tia is amazing. She knows what she's doing and always gets my order right and she's very passionate about it it's always a pleasure seeing her. Shout out to Amber she's truly a sub artist thank you
