Never have I had even a half decent sandwich at this shop. The service is slow and poor, almost never sanitary watched an employee wipe his nose with his gloved hand while dealing with the ingredients, that window isn't a wall... I highly recommend taking the extra 5-10 minutes to go to a different location.
The owner cussed me out for parking in a disabled parking area even though I have a placard. Explained to him and he wanted to start a physical fight. I served in the army in Iraq and don't need this for protecting his freedom. Winsted stay away from this establishment
One of my go-to places to grab something to eat. fantastic location, always clean, and good customer service. Highly recommended!
Placed an online order and they had a hand written note that said closing at 6:45. I already paid for my order at was suppose to be ready at 7:05. Also there was 2 employees in the parking lot.

Xander rocked it. We were the late crowd and he took great care of us all by himself. Pleasant guy and our food was tasty.
Terrible. 45 min to make a sandwich. And listening to hard core rap music. N word, f word, and b word. Loudly...and there were young kids in the store. Absolutely terrible.
