Literally when I order off Uber eats or deliveroo, it’s like someone has done a prank on me it’s that bad. When me and my family order food, it’s completely awful. For example my brother ordered a meatball marinara, he got bread and cold beef patties.. I order a bmt, I get ham, no salad, no cheese, it was cold, the wrong drink and the wrong crisps.
Fresh and tasty food with quality that you can expect from subway... Most staff friendly and helpful but one employee of eastern European origin is plain rude.. this lady works there since years and my question is why she is still there... Feels a lot like she would actually be doing you a favour that she serves you... From what I have seen in previous comments other people complain about the same
I had only positive experience. Good and quick customer service, I think from Eastern Europe lady. Sandwich was warm and delicious for sensible price. What can I expect more. Definitely I ‘ll come back again.
Ordered on the app, they had lost the order. The staffing was incredibly poor, to expect anyone to work with no staff at lunchtime is ridiculous. I'd have been rude too!! This is clearly a management issue. Very disappointing. Do not use on your lunch break if you're on a time limit!
Staff wear the same gloves for every item of food - no consideration for cross contamination or dietary needs, which as a dairy intolerant veggie makes me feel sick. Awful, rude woman working there who couldn't even muster up the politeness to be nice to my 7 year old who was ordering with beautiful manners. There was also a young lad there who said it was his first day, and this woman was horrible to him, not guiding or helping him one bit, bit shouting at him and mocking him in front of a queue of customers. Won't be going back!

Past Review: I expected more from Subway, I understood food can expensive, however I am disappoint on the quantity as half of the sub was barely filled. Plus the cookie I had brought is three days out of date, this is the first problem I've had here as I usually come monthly. New Review: I now put it down to one star as the door is being locked at 12pm at noon, it's really gone downhill. Sadly I would not recommend this one store, I will not return. I'm very sad this happened.
Visited today and was a complete disaster! There was 1 staff on, then a second joined her, followed by a third but delivery’s were all stacked up waiting to be put away, 7 people waiting and takeaway orders flying off the machine it was all too late We were waiting ages, they didn’t have things to complete our order, people were walking out, both our orders were cold by the time we got them as they had been heated up then left to stand and go could while they were making takeaway orders. Which were coming off the machine like mad and distressing them. All of this meant the que didn’t go down and they were doing takeaways. The que was 7 deep and then 2 takeaway drivers too. We were told they didn’t have things like sweetcorn yet when we finally got our food and was eating heard one say to the other can we fill these up and yes sweetcorn was one of the things they brought from the back, so did have them. Won’t be visiting this one for a long time. Tables and floor dirty the staff were friendly but just couldn’t cope at all! Don’t think this is a normal standards subway, it’s deffo slipped through the net :/
There were 2 members if staff working when I went, 1 guy was fantastic, but there was also a girl working, she had false nails on and no joke they were about 2 inches long! She was so slow it was painful
I ubered a sub to work and when it was delivered the driver had given me the wrong order, I said to him it was the wrong order and his reply was I'm just the driver, so I went to the shop and told the lady what the issue was and it was no problem for her to correct my order, she was so quick and efficient, A for customer service
