Subway

I've been here several times and a couple of times I've found that they're either understaffed or they have enough, but they don't organise well enough to cover people ordering and the online orders, making a long line of people waiting to be served. Other than that, they're usually very polite and the food is always really good. Worth waiting for.

Got food poisoning, called the store to let them know, so others didn't get sick and the lady had an attitude, I asked to speak with the manager and she was the manager. Needless to say, I assume nothing was done. Won't be visiting Subway for a very long time.

The staff did really well to get through a very busy time. Order was correct and made efficiently, ingredients were great and store was clean.

So I had a ham for lunch , it was a bit busy actually and I didn't see the girls there change their gloves for everyone's subs , they passed onto each other like a production line and around 6pm I started to feel sick and a bit after that it hit . Felt like food poisoning up all night both ends in violent fashion sitting on bowl with bucket in hand , finally stopped .. Not again , no way I wonder how many were sick on 5 and or 6 Dec 2022 F you never again

Lettuce in container was very brown. A good way to get Semolina.It was disgusting. Staff seemed as if they did not care. The Foot long when wrapped felt like they threw it across the counnter, not placed. A big difference from the last time I purchased from there!!

Nice staff and seems to be fresh. Staff could do with a smile every now and then but due to staff shortages staff could be overworked and fatigued. Keep up the great sandwich artistry!

Service was spot on and the food was great cant wait to go back

Not happy tryed to order catering pack over phone.would not take order had to pay first.not happy only deal with cash no credit card

Ate there this morning, out comes the bad service from girl ,no smile no greeting,ok it was early but then while toasting my roll she starts cleaning around area with her once sanitary gloves,then starts to put salad on with dirty gloves,asked her put new gloves on,glad I was watching.

Always busy. Be great if the service was consistent
