How do they keep running out of veggies? No tomatos, pickles, cucumber. They also forgot the bacon I paid extra for. I really don't expect much from a Subway, but somehow this branch still manages to disappoint.Recommendation for vegetariansWould not recommend
I usually patron this place at least weekly, but can't anymore unless someone else is buying me a sub for free hehe then I can't complain. The sub quality was pretty good, but the no coupons thing is a deal breaker going forward. In-app codes are not accepted anymore either, which was the last thread keeping me coming back. Adios.
I've been going to this subway for years, but after tonight it will be the last time I eat here or spend my money here. We haven't eaten here in awhile but ordered anyways. We had a coupon to use. Like anyone would your gonna save as much as you can nowadays. So I go into Tecumseh subway and there's signs all over saying they don't accept coupons. So I ask young gentlemen behind the counter why they don't and he tells me that is a corporate coupon. This store don't accept any. So I just decided to buy anyways. But the worst part is I got up there to pay for the subs I ordered and the young lady rings in up and I was floored at the cost. I get it prices have went up on everything, but you have the audacity to price your food up ,but won't accept coupons,and then you don't even honor vets.. Well if anyone whats subway I would tell you to head to Adrian store. never again

They don't honor veterans on Veterans day. I've been going to subways in many places and all but this one honors Vets with a free 6in sub on Veterans day. I will go somewhere else.
This place is a Joke, an would love to hear the owners Point of view but that's not gonna happen. I heard they stopped taking coupons bc they were losing money. I ordered two subs online, it was buy one and get one half-off. I get the two subs and pretty much everything that was on it or all the vegetables that I had ordered and really wasn't any meat whatsoever. So pretty much they honor their coupons by giving you all the vegetables and none of the meat it's a joke.
We're are the veggies. Must of disappeared????? I guess inflation sucks. Adrian has more . I would give no stars but no options. Sad face.
Very busy. Agonizingly slow. The food prep area was a mess. They were out of at least three toppings. Teens working had a very poor attitude. They could use a class on customer service. As for the food, it tasted as though the meat salami, pepperoni was different and very bland. Will not return to this shop.
I ordered online which was ok but you can't order kids meals or custom a sub which makes it not convenient. When I placed my order I asked for light sauce on the wrap. They put so much sauce it was leaking through the wrapper and the bottom of the bag was full of sauce as well. It was so over baring I had to throw the wrap away. I said something to the girl and she said there is nothing she could do without a manager. I feel like she could have offered to make me a new wrap. I payed $10 for nothing.
This place could use a visit from the health department. Cleanliness wasn't even close to acceptable.
