Very unhappy with the drive through workers customer service. 1/22/2021 5:15pm. I live right across the road but Ill drive to New Minas and support their location from now on.
Absolutely the last chance I'll EVER eat subway. They've cut their menu selection & choices. Not all locations, just the one owned by this cheap franchisees. Still, they never knew how to make a sandwich to begin with, this is the last straw.
Sad. Took them 35 mins to make a sinple coldcut sandwich nobody was inside and i sat for 35 minutes in the drive thru. Should have went to mcds...
We enjoy their egg and steak breakfast.

I always go to this location but last light they didn't mike me asking for extra tomatoes as all I got was 2 slices and all lettuce... no other ingredients I asked for. Ill not be returning.

drive thru ripoff limited toppings 3 slices of ham and turkey and they charge you 20.00? this is staff skimming off for company profits...at least in the store you can comment on the quantity when they try to go cheap....didn't evern answer the phone
