I stop at this subway at least 2 times a week. Food is always fresh and made right. Sherry is amazing and very friendly.. all employees have been great everytime I stop!
Arrived to pick up my online order around 1:20pm and it’s due by 1:30pm. I know I’m early and wait patiently. One of the workers name is Sherry I believe was rude as she told me your sandwich isn’t made yet as it’s not 1:30pm and her whole demeanor was rude even though she was nice to the man in front of me. I’ve never had a good experience at this subway.
People are nice and they are helpful. Foods great too.
Great food and great service. I only have on complaint you need a baby changing station in bathroom. My sister in law had to sit on floor with baby on legs to change him not very sanitary if you ask me!
We will eat from this location again. These ladies do a great job making your sandwiches, maybe even added a little extra meat. They were friendly and didn't act annoyed while putting the ingredients on.
When you walk in you can tell that they want to make your sandwich the best for you and the way you want it to..Food: 4/5
There were 4 people working at the store, and only 1 making a sandwich. Said sandwich was not for any of the 4 customers standing in line. We all stood there and watched the one worker make the online order while the other 3 just wandered around, seemingly busy with other things. After a few minutes of this, I left. Only reason I gave 3 stars is because I can't judge the quality of their food since I didn't get any.
Please teach your employees to be less stingy with the ingredients, I shouldn’t have to repeatedly ask for more because all they want to do is put a couple pinches of each ingredient.
Riah has no customer service, very rude She seems to drag the team down. The older lady and Landon that work there is amazing, the only reason I didn't give 1 star is because of them.
Courteous and helpful. Really good sandwiches and wraps. The drink I like needed to be refilled. We were overcharged. When we got to our table we checked the receipt to find how much & took the receipt back to the cashier. Nobody new how to correct the mistake. A different cashier called the boss. He told her how to take care of it& we were refunded the overcharge with an apology.
