Three staff members in, one brand new and another kept wandering into the back. They were trying to do delivery orders as well as for people in the shop - service was painfully slow. Tables and floor were absolutely filthy, I even heard the guy working say to one of the others that they were going to be in trouble. Not a very nice experience. Sandwiches were nice enough.
Staff are so friendly, everyone there has a friendly smile amd loves a chat with the customers, the food is amazing and the prices are great for the foodFood: 5/5
A good Subway to visit, small not a lot sitting space but great staff and very good service. No wheelchair accessone step, but staff will come out Parking: On street parking pay at machines, free disabled on street parking
Service is incredibly slow, the subway was busy yet there were only 2 staff, staff are making telephone orders before serving people in the store, only 2 staff working at 4pm in a busy weekday in a town centre.... I ended up walking out after 10min waiting to be served and then staff burnt sandwich in toaster.

Today I came in to subways this is next to Macdonald that being way too busy and I just wanted a coffee so came in here my first impression today was not much as the floor had lots of crum under few tables but still I went ahead and ordered the coffee the young lady behind the counter was very cheerful and full of enthusiasm I asked if they do hot milk with coffee to which she obliged with affirmative and then asked me if I would like to enjoy a latte to which I thought and said yes that will be good, at all times she had a very happy and smiling face which was very relaxing for me so I decided I should sit in and enjoy my coffee or latte, so as I went to sit at the table I was not happy with the bits of food still left on top of the tables i asked the young lady if she would be ok cleaning it for me and she obliged with a smile and was more then ok to give it a clean so I can enjoy my latte. so I would say my experience here was one of positive and pleasant after being in town for few hrs and needed to relax with a coffee to charge up. The young lady is called Emmy I do believe very pleasant young lady shall definitely come back as the staff are very helpful and happy at there job.
I understand new hires need to learn, but it's worrying when they can't even cut bread. He butchered it, gave 1 less slice of each meat, held the food far too close to his face. The lettuce in the tub was brown and when I got home and finally started eating, turns out the bread is stale as hell. It was also assembled upside down. I've tried giving subway 3 chances now and each time it's been bad. I'll stick to making my own at home. Maybe if the staff were better paid and better treated, it might be a better place, I don't blame them for being miserable. But I would like my food made properly.
