I'm really surprised by some of the negative reviews here as this has not been our experience at all. From the moment I entered Maria was smiling and so friendly at the front desk. Our room was spacious and clean, well appointed and the beds were so comfortable. The hotel was quiet and we all slept so well. The breakfast bar was small but very pleasant, well stocked with some yummy options. Plus we also received free wristbands for the aquatic centre, where we got a great early morning swim. And all of this at a great price!
It's a nice quiet hotel, definitely can tell it's a oilfield hotel. But the rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly. Breakfast the other morning wasn't bad, this morning was fake eggs and sausages. They have a ion water bottle filling station which is awesome, and a 24 hour coffee machine for hot chocolate, coffee, cappuccino and French vanilla, it's awesome!
Stayed two nights at the Estevan location for work. The room was amazing! Fridge, kitchenette with pots, pans, dishes! It was awesome!nnStaff were very friendly AND when I got back to my room after work, the room was cleaned! Most hotels don’t do that until after you check out. We will definitely be staying there again!nnThe only complaint was that there was no AC in the halls or lobby so I felt bad for the hotel staff because it was very hot! Please fix it for them.
The front staff was the absolute best! So friendly and accommodating. I do recommend bringing your own pillow though
Absolute garbage. Spend a little over a thousand dollars for two rooms and the air conditioning didn’t work. They sent up the maintenance clown who proceeded to yell at me and tell me I didn’t know what I was talking about. Had to go down and literally beg the the front desk agent to come up and co inform what I was saying. Had to wait an additional 30 minutes for another room to be prepared. No compensation of any sort was offered and absolutely no apology was offered for the maintenance guy’s behaviour. He was aggressive and rudenn1/10 would never, ever stay again.
