Atul is a really nice and humble person. I got my house closing done through him. He and his staff were very helpful and accommodating all throughput the process. At the end the lawyer fees were comparatively lower than other lawyers.  Would definitely recommend him. 5 star service.

They didn't receive the phone on the number they've provided. They didn't respond to my email also.  The don't have whatsApp or viber support for someone outside Canada.

I bought a condo from Awais Shah earlier this year and Atul Subedi was the lawyer that represented Awais Shah. These guys are very unethical.  Awais Shah decided to sell the condo 1 year after buying it brand new from the builder. At the time of the sale, the City added a $50 New Account charge on the Property Tax account for the property because of the new account they created for the property which was done 1 year after during the time of the sale of the property. This charge is different from the Change of Account Ownership fee that I have to pay.  My Lawyer informed Awais Shah's Lawyer Atul Subedi's office and I also informed Awais Shah of this and they did not end up paying it. I had to put a claim in with Title Insurance.  These guys are very unethical and I do not recommend them to anyone.

Great person and a very good lawyer.

Visited the law office three or four times. One time to understand refugee law for a refugee claimant. Subsequent visits were to commission statuary declaration documents. Received warm welcome, reliable and effective consulting from both lawyers Mr. Keshav Dahal and Mr. Atul Subedi and public notary service. I will visit the office again for legal works.

Would not recommend. Not organized at all. The day we went to sign Papers. We had to wait a lot. The lawyer left. The Secretary said she will call me back. Never called back. I left lots of msg answering machine. Had to go in person. Not good English secretary and lawyer. Expensive. The price they charge me was over the price.

This guy, Atul, is one of the most courteous person I have met. Very genuine, kind, reasonable, and knowledgeable person with loads of experience!

Atul and team are amazing, used them three times for my home refinance and purchases.
