Marc-Antoine in the used dept was attentive and on the ball. Love that there was no stress with him, sale happened within the hour and the deal was done. He didn't waste any of my time, explained the different trims/prices etc... highly recommend him! The receptionists were friendly too. Will buy from them again!
The service was great! Hamza did a wonderful job explaining the different models and helped with the process of choosing the right car. I felt no pressure of getting a car from them which I like. Whereas, at other dealerships they were very pushy about it. He gave me the time to think about it and it was something I really appreciate. Not only did he help with choosing the right car for me, he explained in details the characteristics of it and all its functions. I highly recommend coming here at Subaru Brossard if you’re looking into buying a car. Everyone is so welcoming! Would definitely come back here!
Service Dept will do anything to avoid working on issues that doesn't profit them.nnCalled for a part, I was left hanging! They didn't bother calling back to advise me that the part was discontinued.nnAnother scenario:nHad rust starting from the inside. Called to address the issue. I was charged $400 for someone in the bodyshop at ACURA to put a dab of touch up paint over it! This was within the extended warranty.nnWhen it got worse, the dealership and SOC straight up denied me saying I didn't address the issue before it expired.nn-Update-nNo one from Subaru nor the Dealership has contacted nor done any follow up. sticking to the 1 star rating... Try again.
I had no issues with my salesman. He was great and very helpful. However, after spending over 23k on a secondhand vehicle, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service.nnFirst issue happened as I was driving off with my new vehicle. Almost immediately, a light popped up on the dash indicating an issue. I called the dealership and they had me come in to fix it. Not even a month in, and a second problem occurs. While I was driving, I started to hear a very intense scraping noise coming from under the car. The splash shield is completely hanging off and scraping the ground as I drive. I tried contacting the dealership for assistance. The manager, Stephanie, told me that this issue is not covered by any warranty and basically there’s nothing she can or will do to help me.nnThey are clearly more concerned about closing a sale than helping out their customers.nnThey recommended a full inspection before I bought the vehicle which I paid 150$ for and somehow during the inspection they managed to miss these two problems. They should have at least reimbursed me for this subpar “inspection”nnAbsolutely disgusted at this whole process. I highly recommend you go elsewhere because they clearly don’t care about their customers nor their satisfaction. They basically told me “too bad.”nnGo elsewhere.
I didn't have a good experience, there are certain salesperson that aren't honest that mislead me to bad decisions on dishonest and not informing clear how leasing a car works, since i explained I was a first time leasing client. The director is too busy to come and about this situation with me which I asked.nI suggest to avoid this dealership or get informed on your own before adventuring there.nnTheir cars are great no question about that, but people who are there to help you get one aren't at that level of great.
