Delicious!! Best Mexican food I’ve had in years!! Seriously, the portions are more than enough, the flavour was incredible. Servers are young, learning the ropes and very friendly. Individual, single margaritas are $12 so we ordered a pitcher at $45. Not sure the tequila was properly measured, that would be my only questionable item to share. Luz and her Husband are incredibly friendly and I’d be happy to support their business again.
Food was tasty and flavourful. The service wasn't great. Got my order wrong and we waited quite a while for more water and pop. We had to engage the staff to get some extra hot sauce and at the end, go up and pay our bill. There was another table that was waiting for a server to come by with a bill or directions on what needed to be done to pay. We may go again as the food was pretty tasty.
Su Casa definitely has a made an impression on me. You can't compare it to a restaurant in Mexico due to the freshness of produce and spices however, it is extremely delicious. Outside of the US and Mexico, Su Casa is one of the best in Western Canada. Only real complaint I have, I wish the beef in the enchiladas was shredded barbacoa instead of ground beef. No lacking of flavour, we definitely will return.
Excellent Al Pastor Tacos as well as Grilled Shrimp Tacos. Little pricey but still worth it.
This restaurant is a gem! Great service, amazing food for adults and kids! My family will be coming back for this truly authentic mexican food.
EXCELLENT, authentic Mexican food! Best I’ve had in BC! We ordered the chipotle chicken tacos, grilled shrimp tacos, green chilaquiles with cheese, bean sopes, cheese empanadas, and tortilla soup. Everything was delicious. Service was friendly, knowledgeable, attentive without being too hover-ey. The owner is a delight, and ready to explain anything on the menu. Our server was incredibly sweet. We absolutely will be back!
Su Casa, Luz and her family are top notch! We asked them to cater our rehearsal dinner the day before our wedding. These guys got to our venue with the food ready to be displayed on time and it was delicious! I had so many comments from our closest family and friends on how flavourful the food was and what a good idea it was for a catered option. If you have people with food allergies, Mexican cuisine is a great option- it's very easy to stay away from gluten and dairy! I have had many dinners catered by Luz before she opened her restaurant and it has always been quality. I don't know how she does it but we felt like their only priority for the whole day and knowing that it's a family run business with a restaurant they service daily- that's got to be a hard thing to do. They are rockstars! We would highly recommend anyone use Su Casa for your catered events. If they say they can do it- they can and will hit it out of the park.
Catering: All I can say is WOW! We got married in September in Radium and our caterer cancelled on us and luckily we came across Su Casa to do our catering and people still mention how amazing the taco bar was! The food was absolutely amazing and you got a great amount of food! Not only were the owners amazing to communicate with but very friendly, professional and so helpful along the way in planning!
We really really enjoyed our meal. The shrimp tacos were some of the the best we’ve had anywhere. The burrito and chimichanga portions were generous and flavour is great. The flour tortillas they use are very delicious. Empanada was OK, guacamole was more the creamy style kind and amount of chips was a bit overpriced but overall it was a good experience and we’d definitely go back. It’s obviously family run and it was busy but they were doing their best!
This is our second time here in 3 days. The staff are wonderful and very friendly. The authentic Mexican menu is awesome! My meal was exceptional, and the atmosphere was great! This is a must go!
