I’m a newbie on the Fountains pen world and I was at the right place for getting the best advices. The employee was super nice, patient, helpful and honest. She helped me to choose the right pen and she got me a super good deal. I’ll definitely recommend this place.

A beautiful little shop of a Quebecois pen company that is a friend to anyone who loves the act of writing. Friendly staff with well lit displays featuring much better prices than Amazon. And right next to the food court? Franchment

We came at 2:45 pm and the doors were closed, the lady waved us away saying the store was closed. The website says open from 11-6 pm. A bit disappointing and a waste of time to make your way here.

Elisabeth was exceptional, knowledgeable, patient friendly. An amazing experience, she understood my needs and help me find a fountain pen. Not what I was looking for at first. I'm super happy about it.

It is a wonderful pen store.  It looks small but they have an amazing array of pens, pencils and stationery. They are knowledgeable about the products they sell and have excellent customer service.  I would not hesitate to recommend this establishment.

Staff is friendly and was very patient with me being indecisive on a purchase. They offered a 15-day period that I can exchange my fountain pen in case I didn't like the nib/wanted another colour, and the only condition is to keep the pen in mint condition and the box intact. Great service, will go again for ink/refills.
