Owner: I want to first thank you for visiting our web site. I hope you have also had the opportunity to see the beautiful store we have built at the intersection of I-94 and Hwy 281 in Jamestown, ND. When I bought the dealership in 2005, I had a vision of bringing a high class, reputable dealership that focuses on quality customer service and on maintaining an inventory to meet the customer's needs. Thanks to our employees, the Jamestown H.O.G®. Chapter, and our faithful customers, I believe that we are achieving what we set out to do. Well I had always said I would never own a Harley Davidson. After meeting Bryce at the Aberdeen Abate Bike Show and spending a little time talking to him I decided it may be alright to try a Harley Davidson Triglide. After emailing and messaging a few times we finally were able to come to an agreement on price. My wife and I loaded up our trade in and headed to Jamestown. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a dealership. Bryce our Salesman was a real pleasure to deal with and it was a great first experience. If I ever want to trade for a different Harley I will for sure go back to see Bryce and everybody at Stutsman Harley Davidson. "
Yesterday we stopped to get info about helmets as we're about to become 1st time riders. We spoke to a beautiful young lady whose name we didn't get and Matt Aberle. Such a wonderful experience with them both! We were very impressed with their friendliness and knowledge. Kudos for employing such great people in your shop!
I was on my way back to Canada from a bike trip when I noticed the exhaust bracket on my bike had snapped! With 1,300km more to go, I figured I should get it fixed. Although the parts desk didn’t have the bracket in stock, the guy working the desk talked to the service dept and they squeezed me in to their very busy schedule without a problem! I was so impressed and thankful. I wasn’t expecting to get in right away. About an hour later my bike was ready to go with a fresh weld and a touch of paint! An hour and a half down the road, I came across another stranded biker whose bike was not getting power. I offered to help, but guess who was already on their way? The Boy’s from Stutsman!
Brooke helped me find exactly what I was looking for on Saturday. I explained what I wanted and she showed me many options. She was very patient and positive. My fiancee was with me via video call and helped me pick my purchases. Thank You so much for the great customer Service. "
" Terry was our first contact with Stutsman. Our initial contacts with him were over the phone and we knew we were in good hands. Our calls and questions were returned and answered. When we went to Stutsman to see our bike, 2022 Street Glide Special, he meet us and was so welcoming. He introduced us to each of the employees that we were going to need to meet with. Terry explained all of the services at our disposal from Stutsman and had our phone paired before we left. Our entire experience was absolutely wonderful. We had a great time! We will highly recommend Stutsman to all of our Harley friends. "
I purchased a Hat along with a couple other things from them. They had the hat I wanted but not the size I needed. I was told they could order it and mail it to me. It was a Christmas gift and I was assured I would have it in plenty of time. Here it is January 3rd and I’ve called more than a hand full of times and always given an excuse why it wasn’t there. When I asked for them to simply refund my money I was told “it was a special order” they will not refund my money!!
Great place. I talked with Terry and he was very helpful and low pressure when talking about bikes.Customer service was wonderful. The customer service is wonderful and has been every time I've been there.
Terry is the best salesman. He gently walked me through purchasing my very first bike.
Great dealership to work with. Very low pressure, none of the gimmicky sales tactics you see at other vehicle dealerships. Bryce was very helpful and took his time with us.
Went in today to do some shopping around. I was met with a very friendly staff who did everything they could to answer my questions and help me find what i was looking for. As far as customer service goes. Id say the ladies up front deserve a strong 10/10 for valiant effort, politeness, and making sure the customer was happy. Along with being well knowledged.
