Amazing home cooked meals in a restaurant that’s literally in a house off Main Street! Great atmosphere, great staff, and food is absolutely tasty. Pulled pork wrap was good, pies were to die for! Definitely worth the drive from Calgary or a stop if you are driving through Nanton.
Stuthornes has moved from its house on Main Street, down to the highway going southwards. It is on the right hand side. West I think.2021 January.

I hade the most delicious bowl of soup there yesterday with a side of cornbread, so yummy! The portion was huge I couldn't even finish. I will definitely be back soon.
My wife, daughter and I visited Laurie and Lori and again sampled their fine fare. The chili is just like mom cooked it, and my favorite is the pie for dessert! Always a great stop to break the drive and the warm welcome means I'll be back for sure. Keep in cookin' amazing eats!
The best home cooked food outside of home! Laurie and Lori give a warm welcome like no other, and ensure that you'll be back for more! They offer public washrooms as well so great for travelers.
Parked in front to go to the candy store... And realized the board out front listed specials for food. Had no idea this was even a cafe. Had the chili with cornbread and my wife had an apple pie and mint tea. VERY pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend. We'll be finding an excuse to come back for sure.
