Unfortunately this dealership is no different than a car dealership.  Bought my new camper from them, and that is where the relationship ended.  Once the cheque was cashed, the service ended.  Had a problem with the camper on the first major trip.  All four tires were bald on the insides.  Upon returning home, took the camper in to have it checked out.  Not only did they charge me for the inspection, they said “not our problem”. Inspecting the wheels are not part of the pre-delivery inspection that they charged me for.  I was left with paying for a brand new set of 4 tires after only 6000 km of use, and an inspection fee that said it was my problem.

Bought our new trailer at Sturgeon Woods RV and Mike and his team made the whole process easy with no pressure and we saved alot over other dealerships we shopped at, we felt like family here and we our loving our new trailer. Would recommend this dealership!
