The lady I have dealt with on the phone whenever I have called was absolutely wonderful, friendly and very helpful. They were very accommodating through our moving out period and their property and units were clean, well maintained and gated.nI would thoroughly and highly recommend this storage facility for your needs!
So pleased with my experience, the new owners are so organized and friendly. The lockers are super clean and secured. They enforce rules to all clients that make for a safe and secured storage space which is important to me as I've had important items stored there for over a year with no worry. I have 2 lockers, the pricing is very fair and 10/10 would recommend. Very lovely people great experience.
I had a storage unit from this company several years ago and services were excellent. But recently this storage unit company never returns my email or voicemails. I tried multiple times to reach this company. It would have been curtesy to reply back instead of ignoring my messages. They’re gate is closed! They should update their website and let people know that they’re no longer in service or have a sign by that says by appointment only. It’s bad for business to ignore potential customers. Even if they had nothing available he still should have called me back.
Rented a unit here for 6 months and I have no complaints. Good hours and management always helped me when I had questions! Great service. Highly recommend !!
The best storage I've ever used. The only management to actually comply with regulations and standards. Super friendly. Super clean.
