Bought my 2021 570 Touring Premium in early July and it's been in for warranty repairs 5 times in the past 5 months however SMS stepped up each time and took care of us. Purchased a Polaris 450 utility ATV from another dealer and although the sales process was good the warranty service and subsequent repairs were not satisfactory. Brought it into Patrick at SMS and have had no problems since. I wanted to purchase a new Polaris sled however slim covid allocations have left them sold out. Mike took the time to search other dealers and with his help I was able to secure one at Trailside Sports in Sudbury. SMS practices the long game of customer relations.
