Tenderloin Tuesday was great! The two guys running the place were very nice. Fresh crisp lettuce does get soft if you leave it in the Styrofoam container too long with the hot sandwich, tomatoes that had a nice homegrown flavor, and crisp red onions were a nice touch. The tenderloins are very large and could easily feed 2 people when cut in half. The only thing I personally would change is using the same amount of tenderloin but not pound it so thin. Don't get me wrong, it has plenty of meat on the sandwich, it's just a personal preference for me to be slightly thicker. Tasted like it was marinated with buttermilk and spices great thing. Comes with healthy side of seasoned steak fry wedges. $10 for enough food for two is a great deal considering the quality of food you get. Added touch was plenty of condiments and thick napkins. I did not try any BBQ, but will definitely be going back.
First of all I want y'all to know their was ONE man working and he did a fabulous job. This is a hidden gem in DSM! This man was doing everything and his system was down so we had to go get cash and he told us how much ever the fee was he would take off! Like went out of his way to make sure we had a good experience . Which we did. Everything tasted great and was so delicious! I love the Mac and cheese! Fiancé and me are stuffed!
Hollywood gave me good service. I ordered 1/2 rack of ribs, ranch pasta salad smoked beans and onion rings. Everything was very good. I will go back to this restaurant. There's about 5 more dishes I would like to try. Wheelchair accessibility: In a food court so should be able to get there in a wheelchair.
The steak fries were AMAZING DUDE. The Mac and Cheese were standard but I would get every time. The Nachos are very good too!! But the Pork loin sandwich was good but made my bottom bun pretty soggy. Customer service is amazing. But whatever, here’s my overall opinion go to Stu’s BBQ if you ever go to the food court.
Amazing ribs and pulled pork. Fresh squeezed lemonade is just like they have at the State Fair. Beans and coleslaw are delicious as well. Highly recommend!!!
Very friendly staff. The chef who cooked my flame grilled hamburger asked how the burger was. The burger was fresh and hotter than getting one from McDonald's or BK. If you want a higher quality food. This is the place to go for a quick but enjoyable lunch.
I hit the Merle Hay Mall food court and was undecided what I was going to eat. After sitting down for a few minutes and watching what other people were getting I decided I wanted bbq. So I ordered the beef brisket sandwich with steak fries. I got cheese on my fries. The sandwich was great. Better than I was expecting since it is in a mall food court. The fries weren't bad either. I'm glad I went with Stu's BBQ!
The meal was a bit of a wait but so worth it. My burger was thick and juicy with no greasiness and the steak fries had a crunch I have never found anywhere else. Haveing been gourmet burger places before I would have expected them to be expensive but the price felt like you got a steal. Would recommend to anyone who likes good food and burgers.
Tasty, fresh food. A true gem in the middle of the food court. We had the graziano sausage sandwich. Delicious. Fried pickles and steak fries were a nice addition to our quick meal while checking out the RV show. We had a bit of a wait for our food and it was worth every minute. The food was so fresh, hot, and really good.
Best baked beans I’ve ever had....period. I had the turkey and as others have stated it wasn’t edible. I was forced to throw it away in trash. I don’t know 100% but I’m thinking that the “honey butter” might of been what ruined it- gave off a pungent rancid stench that I couldn’t force myself to eat. The steak fries were partially cooked and over salted, really wanted to like this place , but it wasn’t possible. Hopefully stu will make the changes needed to be a success.
