I absolutely love Structube for home furniture. I find that the price is very reasonable and the quality is great. Diana the Structube manager on Autoroute Chomedey on Laval is the absolute best! She helped me from A-Z to decorate my clients condo. She has so much patience and is extremely helpful. I love her sense of style and she knows how to guide people. Thank you for this amazing experience. I recommend Diana to anyone who wants the best customer service, you will be very happy !
I ordered an item at the beginning of May and just received it several days ago mid-August. The estimated date the product was going to be back in stock kept getting pushed back they would get stock then give it to people with earlier orders - seems deceitful not to make that clear on their website. I called several times, nobody could give me a real date and one lady even said to call all the stores individually to ask if they had the item in stock?? When I did this, a store employee told me not to. I ordered 3 items in total and they couldn’t deliver any of them because the 2 items in stock were just shy of $300 together by less than $10, they told me I could pay at additional $80 in shipping if I wanted to get them before the item that was out of stock for over 3 months?! Terrible customer service - nobody seemed to care at all about the situation and many gave us wrong information. As for the cabinet I waited so long for, it’s nice but one of the screw holes was off by a tiny bit so one of the wood pieces isn’t flush with the rest. The instructions weren’t very clear, the pages weren’t even stapled in the right order, also some pieces weren’t labelled, others were. Overall terrible experience!
Worst pick up experience of all time. After saying a wait time of 10-20 minutes I'm still here waiting after 40 minutes. Maybe they're creating the pieces from scratch?
Usually I was worried about my damaged bar stools, but Oliver employee at structube along with his teammates handled that professionnaly, and exchanged TWICE for us the damaged stools without any hesitation, waiting time for first pick was around 25 mns, 2nd time was barely 10 mns...Thanks Oliver, Thanks Structube. Absolutely absurd customer service. Never posted a review on Google but felt like I had to for this. Went into the store, decided to buy a simple small table. Was told to go to the garage, apparently the initial transaction didnt work for our gift card so had 3-4 people trying to resolve it. Then, although we're literally there, we must wait for a call so they can advise us when the table is ready. We then receive a text telling us waiting times may vary. Literally 8 employees inside day-dreaming, all we need is to pick up a small box. Still waiting in the car after 45min of waiting time.
I love Structube! Great furniture! Great look! I always get compliments on the furniture that I have purchased from there. This location is great for its buy and pick up service. The warehouse is right there. The staff is generally helpful. The guys helping you load your car are fantastic. One slight issue is the amount of time you are waiting outside the warehouse in the sun, it can be pretty hot in the parking lot. Maybe management would be willing to install a vending machine in the customer service area to help customers keep cool while they wait to pick up orders.
Honestly, just pay for delivery instead of picking up at the distribution centre. Whatever you save in dollars you’ll lose in time - we were waiting for a full hour at the garage door before they brought out the one chair and cushion we had ordered, on a pretty dead Sunday morning. Apparently there was a problem with the packing slip but no one called the number on file or came to tell us about the issue - I had to walk in and ask for an update at the 45min mark. Another car waiting a similar amount of time just cancelled their order and left. Second star only because I feel badly for the verbal abuse the staff received from another disgruntled customer.
Nice products, horrible service! Two months ago I ordered 3 products- couche, cabinet and lamp. The couch was supposed to arrive in September. I called few times but no one is picking up the phone. Finally, I managed to get to another store. So my couch and cabinet are waiting somewhere but they don’t deliver till all the items arrive which will be in January. They can not separate the order so I had to cancel the lamp in order to get the main items. Next great thing is that they deliver to the front door only apparently because it’s free and the pandemic come on, that’s getting a lime excuse already I can not pay for a real delivery either! I have to deal with a couch and cabinet by myself in the middle of the week, in a day by choice! The good news is that everything is in boxes How is that helping me I have no idea!? What kind of company is that I keep asking myself!?
This is probably the worst customer service I have ever received in my life! I understand that this is a more affordable furniture store, but that doesn't mean that the level of service should be dependent on how much I'm paying for an item. I ordered different items in March of 2021, put a deposit because of their policy which is totally understandable. Their policy states that the deposit is to reserve the products for you. I had ordered a dining table, sideboard and large mirror. I was told that the dining table was in stock but that the sideboard and mirror were out of stock and would only be available around the time I had asked the items to be delivered. I was also told that they could not ship my order until all items were in stock. No problem! I then went to the store in April to add a couch and confirm my delivery date. I was told that the sideboard and mirror were available but that my table WHICH WAS IN STOCK WHEN I PUT MY DEPOSIT DOWN was out of stock and would only be available in July. Furious! No one could give me an explanation as to why. Fast forward to many other issues in the meantime and being told by a manager that it was my fault since I didn't pick up the table when it was available and that this is what happens when you buy "cheaper" items and then corrected herself to say low budget items. She also mentioned that in her 4 years working at Structube, she hasn't seen the date being pushed more than 3 times. Well guess what! It got pushed to August 11th, then got pushed slowly slowly by days, then was September, then October. Now it says December! No one seems to know why and no one can provide an answer! I mean, is it so hard to call your supplier and say "what the hell is going on?". You have customers waiting for months- soon it'll be a year. You're probably thinking.. well go buy another table! I bought a matching sideboard for a specific reason and now it's so hard to find something that matches. And here I find myself, stuck, waiting for a low cost dining table. STRUCTUBE! GET IT TOGETHER! They don't even have a customer service number and they don't care about their customers. Such a shame! 0 stars if I had the option to rate that.
They don't have anything in stock in store and online. They constantly update their estimates by several weeks or months. Some items have an estimate of over 4 months, this is ridiculous. It's been over a year now, stop blaming the pandemic for your inventory issues. If you're not able to deliver in a reasonable timeframe, then don't sell it! My order ETA has been pushed back twice already and I'm definitely going to cancel it if it gets pushed back again. Mindblowing that these guys are still in business...
