The Manager, Stacey, is amazing! She's so helpful, knowledgeable, nice and an excellent communicator! The facility is always clean and even smells pleasant. I've rented storage units from other companies in the past and Strong Box is far superior to the experiences I've had other places.
The manager, Stacey, is wonderful! Personable, helpful, and responsive. She helped us when we were in a bind moving to the area for the first time and our apartment fell through, meaning we need storage ASAP until we could find someplace else to live. We had to move units to a larger one, and then back to a smaller one - no issues or complaints at all. The facility is always spotless and we loved the keycode access for convenience and security.
I have had to use storage units a bunch in the last 10 years for all the “stuff” my kids and elderly mother couldn’t use at the time. In all those years, this has been the nicest, cleanest and most accommodating unit of all of them. The management is easy to talk to and goes the extra mile to help out.
Perfect location, amazing service, unbeatable price, topped off with the cleanest scent. You won’t find any storage units better than this one. Stacy is one of the sweetest humans you’ll ever meet.
Nice storage facility! Very clean. Everyone is friendly. And Stacy was awesome. She really helped make a stressful process simple.
Stacy is a ROCK STAR! She helped us get everything moved in quickly and was very nice to work with! The facilities are very Awesome and they actually keep the temperature around 75 degrees which was a change from other "climate controlled" places we have rented. We actually had a glass shatter in another storage not strongbox because it was so hot in the facility. They have carts for everyone's use, great big elevators, and electric doors to make moving easy. The facility was top notch and very clean.
Excellent facility set up for ease of use. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Easy access and well cared for facility. Had a 10x10 for 6 months so far.
Stacey, the manager, if friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Love how ease it is to use this facility, and it is always clean and well kept.
Unit was super clean upon move-in, well priced, and no issues throughout my use. The team is extremely responsive and helpful!
Amazing customer service! Ms. Stacey made sure to give me the best rate possible, and she even made sure my unit was convenient with close access to the elevator. Any questions I had, she gave me an immediate answer to. She recognized us by name at all times, and made sure our experience was as pleasant as possible. There were many storage units in the area, but I would choose Strongbox again and again—without hesitation!
