I bought a hottub there today amazing service. Lindsay was helpful from the beginning when I called her to telling me directions on how to get there. She answered many questions I’ve had and couldn’t of found a better deal. I called around 5-10 different places and they had exactly what I needed in my budget. Can’t wait for my hottub to arrive!

I couldn't ask for better customer service I will start from the beginning I was screwed over by islander and strong spa picked up the slack sold me a better spa better price more jets I couldn't be happier Arthur and the team were awesome i had a couple of bumps trying to balance the water they were willing to come to my house. it was amazing how they made me feel so reassured I was only 2 months out for an installation date and the installation team was great as well I was amazed they hooked it up we talked like they were just part of the family outstanding I recently had a little defect on the cover the manager Jeremy was on top of it I am on the list to receive a new cover and when the repair team came out they put in my wifi module no questions asked and reconnected my bluetooth this company overall was a pleasure to work with and I have nothing negative to say keep up the good work all of you I stop in the showroom just to talk to everyone they know my wife and I by name
