I called a couple of times and left voicemails but never got a call back. It seems customer service isn't their thing!

Don't waste your time with this company. No show, and full of excuses. He doesn't care about his customers. There is many more reputable companies that care, and want your business.

I was booked in for a weekend cleaning this past weekend and was never called back to cancel or anything, they just did not show up or get back to me. Very disappointing as I had been in talks with other companies that could have got the job done had I known they had no intention of coming out

Worst service so far.. They didn't show for there appointment and do not care about the customer. I believe they didn't come because they promised to bring the camera and I told them if you don't have camera working don't come. And they never even called back to tell me they could not come whatever reason..

Dear: Management @ Strong House, Just wanted to let you know how much we appreciated your impeccable service this past Saturday!!Although I thanked the technicians several times before they left, it definitely bears repeating. I was thoroughly impressed by your prompt service, accurate estimates, care (while in my home), and professionalism. The technicians were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain any questions that I may have had. The duct cleaning service was an exceptional end result, but even more so; it was truly refreshing to see such dedicated and polite service reps ~ amazing!!
